Had an issue connecting a security device to a remote network. Talked to Jack L.who installed our system and he had the issue sorted within a couple of minutes, guiding me through the necessary hardware configuration changes over the phone. Documentation of our system was excellent allowing him to quickly assess what was needed. Cannot recommend the Qbit system or Jack highly enough. Great work gents.

Jack Lonsdale from Qbit tech support has officially reached saviour status. Not only did he spend just over 2 hours to successfully troubleshoot the most frustrating OneDrive sync issues, he was a delight to be on a call with for that long. Extra points for being so lovely and determined to fix the problem. So grateful, thanks legend

I recently started a new role and Qbit are our IT support provider. I have had to call them numerous times because I'm not as IT savvy as I thought I was. From basic email settings to cloud storage setup, every phone call I made was answered quickly, and my enquiry resolved within minutes. These guys are great and I would highly recommend them to anyone who relies on their IT systems to keep their business running efficiently

Just want to say… after all the tech issues I have had with my laptop, working remotely and in general with the VPN changes…

You guys are the best in the business, nothing is ever a drama, you’re all willing to take on board someone else’s job, your all willing to call back, work a solution and you are all awesome to deal with.

I have only dealt with Ray and Will – my FAVES but such a credit to your team and business for such productive, proactive professionalism…. And these guys have dealt with everything from my end… WOW – well done!

William is always willing and definitely able to assist with any computing issues I have. I do reach outoften. William is also a star when assisting our staff that use Macbooks.

Qbit had just setup a new laptop for my father. I was most impressed with their concern with the Data ensuring the data was backed up in One Drive. Fabio also talked to me about Cybersecurity giving me some tips to ensure that we were aware of the latest Cybersecurity threats.

Qbit have been looking after my company's IT for many years now, and I couldn't speak more highly of them. With 20 users reliant on their computers to get work done, any downtime means lost productivity. When Qbit advertise a response time of 15 seconds, they actually mean it. Any issues are dealt with immediately so my staff can get back to doing what they need to.
Qbit have seamlessly dealt with transitions of data when we purchased a new server, moved phone system from landline to VOIP and provided an exceptionally high level of service along the way.

We've used Qbit as our outsourced IT provider for more than 4 years and are proud to have grown with them as they too have developed. From the initial engagement (providing a network and server solution), they distinguished themselves by listening first before advising. We have been partners through an office move and refit, and I am always struck by their responsiveness and willingness to help us understand the risks and challengers of modern IT.

Our account manager Jaydan reflects the diligence and responsiveness of the wider organisation, and is helpful and timely in his engagement, but I have also been struck by the communications of the engineers and technicians as well, and have enjoyed social time with the wider team on a number of occasions.

In summary, Qbit feels more like our technology partner than our IT provider.

After many delays and excuses from previous IT crew, I jumped on the phone to Qbit. They visited the office and gave me a run down on what would work best for my workplace. They were great in helping with my Office 365 setup and migration. They were super efficient and always kept me updated during the migration period. Thanks Fabio, Ron and the team.
