We enjoyed the great, professional service provided by the Pure Electrical and Air team who installed our air con. They were on time, friendly, professional and completed the job in good time, cleaning up meticulously before leaving. We would definitely recommend Josh and his team to anyone requiring their services!

As a property manager we rely on professional, affordable tradesmen and this is exactly what kind of service I receive from the lads at Pure Electrical.

I contacted Pure Electrical and Air a few weeks ago to upgrade my light fittings and put some extra power points in. Josh came to check out and do consult. He was very professional and even suggested a few things I hadn’t thought of. I received the quote and was happy to go with the itemised list. This included replacing toilet, laundry and 2 bedrooms lights (I supplied the fittings and globes), as well as a double and quad power inside power points. I also asked for an outdoor power point, and replacing the back yard light too. The best thing was replacing the hall way light with my lovely pendant light. Ben and the other electrician (I didn’t catch your name) arrived nice and early around 7: 30am. I received a text message Ben was on his way within 10 minutes. The team worked hard and were professional and did an amazing job. Lucky it was before the heat really set in. They were done by 10: 30am. I’m super happy with your service Pure Electrical. The whole team is amazing. I knew exactly how much I was going to pay so no hidden expenses. I will definitely use you again when I get an internet port put in. Can’t thank you enough. 10/10.5 platinum stars ️

Josh is knowledgeable, professional and offered great recommendations to help us decide on the final outcome. The installers were great, neat and tidy when they left. Highly recommend the team. Thank you for a fantastic service and finish!

I deducted 3 stars from the overall rating due to my own experience dealing with Josh.
He told me that they give 'Free Quotes & don't charge a call-out fee" - however, to get around this, they charge a "Service Fee" instead.
I initially sent Josh photos of the problem prior to someone coming out to the house & he told me that it was either going to be the 'Driver or a break somewhere in the strip lighting".
In order to quote me, a service charge would have to be paid for the 'official diagnosis'.
After the diagnosis, 'as expected' he simply just quoted me on a replacement on both the 'Driver and the Strip Lighting replacement'.
So, from my point of view, why did I have to get charged a service fee, when he had already seen the photos & told me verbally what the problem was? I could of just provided him with the meterage & he could of simply just quoted me for the job.
As for the quote itself, Josh refused to be transparent and give me a breakdown of the quote. He refused to tell me what his labour costs were / hourly charge / expected hours to complete the job etc & what the price of the driver and strip lighting was.
I've dealt with many electricians over the years & they have always provided me with the breakdown of costs, yet Josh was not willing to do so, so that was disappointing.
So, if I was only marking on my dealings with Josh, than I would give him 0/5 stars.

Positive:
If I was only marking the young bloke that came out to the house, then I would give him 5/5 stars. He was punctual, polite, & knowledgeable, so I was very happy with him.

From start to finish it was seamless.
Josh came out and removed my old roof mounted split system and installed the new wall mounted one.
He was always extremely polite and professional.
The area was spotless on completion, everything back exactly where it came from.

Very Responsive, Danielle was great and very quick to respond with quotes queries and availability, this can be hard to find these days.
Was able to get air con installed less than a week from booking request.
The installers turned up on time were thrown a few challenges and problem solved and got it all sorted and Insta within a couple of hours.
Thanks team has made a huge difference in our first week at our New House.

The team at Pure Electrical and Air installed 3 Daikin Airconditioners at my home last Friday and I was impressed with their advice and professionalism throughout. I received a fully itemised quote the same day it was requested after waiting some time for the major franchises. It was itemised and easier to understand as well. On the day, the installation was seemless, respectful and working perfectly. Josh Jack and Harley kept me well informed and were a pleasant team in my home. I recommend them and will use them again…
