Just bought a big batch of bees wax for a very fair price, got a Lip Balm for it to try out and loving it. Great quality, fair prices and great customer service.

Enjoying the Honey, Jarrah is my Favorite, love the caramel and low sweetness taste, very smooth Honey. Also the creamed honey is a really good product & Red gum, my favorites by far. Love you can taste before you buy, will be needing more honey in a few weeks.

Amazing honey, great prices and local, what more could you ask for!? WELL, I ordered a squeeze bottle of raw honey, I was supposed to pick it up but fell ill and forgot. I was asleep when I thought I heard a knock at the door, by the time I got up and answered the door no one was there, I looked down and to my amazement there was my bottle of honey! The lovely people at Pure and Natural Honey had hand delivered my bottle of honey! It absolutely warmed my heart and made me smile during time that I was not in any mood to smile. I will always be so grateful and will always recommend them to friends and family!

BEWARE! Liam does not pay local Australian small businesses.

Liam was urgently seeking a graphic designer on a Sunday afternoon to adjust some labels for his middle eastern clients who did not supply him the artwork in the correct size. Liam contacted me, I was told they needed to be done that day, keep in mind I was messaged at 1: 30 on a Sunday. I stopped spending time with my family to help him out. The supplied artwork was such a mess that I had to break it all apart before I could resize them. I also had to hunt down the fonts they had used as I didn't own the Arabic font or two others used. Fonts have to be paid for too, so they can be used commercially. This was an expense I didn't pass on to Liam, again trying to help him out.

All up, including the time communicating with Liam, I spent 2 hours of my day off getting this done for him. I sent him the artwork so he could meet his deadline and charged him $90 for the sunday rush job, definitely under charged. Rather than appreciate how a fellow small business was looking after him, he scoffed at the price but said his customer would wear the cost anyway.

A few weeks on and I still hadn't received payment and Liam was unresponsive. Finally, after sending messages to his business page and a few other avenues, Liam has claimed that the print shop told him $90 was unreasonable and that he wouldn't pay. It's been over a month and here we are. A print shop that clearly didn't get the full story advised him not to pay and Liam is taking a small business for a ride over a measly $90. It's incredibly disappointing and this kind of behaviour should not be supported.

Awesome range of honey products and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
