The greens smoothie is amazing! After I gave birth I had one every day and the difference in my milk production and energy compared to my first was amazing. I even noticed a difference on days I didn't have the smoothie. The tea helped me get through those long early days with no sleep and I never had jitters or a crash that coffee gave me. Not to mention the staff are so lovely sadly I live an hour away or I would go every day. If you haven't been here before do yourself a favour and stop in and try one you won't regret it!

Our clients and staff enjoy the treat that Pupa nutrition provides. We have weekly visits to Pupa sometimes twice weekly. Also I have a daughter who plays in WABL basketball league and swears by a tea before training to enhance her abilities and skills. Such lovely warm staff that are so knowledgeable about the tea and smoothie ingredients and can diagnose what tea/smoothie that you’re in need of. Thanks guys xx

Always have such great quality drinks from here. Absolutely the only place to stop in on a hot day when you want a refreshing drink. A lot of no sugar options with drinks that don't taste like no sugar options, iykyk.
They also do coffee.
Normally open from 9-5 and closed Sundays.

There’s a huge variety and the power peanut drink I had was top notch!

The store is vibrant, clean and the customer service is also worth coming in for!

I came in today and there was nobody there for hours I expect that they were on a brake (a brake that lasted a long time) so me and a friends left in disappointment. This was not at all what I was expecting reading all the 5 star reviews. I would not recommend to others. Overall this would not be a place I would like to stop at.

My boyfriend and I recently became obsessed with loaded teas. We searched around and found Pupa! Honestly not only are the teas sugar free, good for you and just amazing! But the owner is so lovely and kind. We wish we lived close by so that we could get our daily teas from her. Thank you Pupa! Come to Melbourne!

These guys are the most caring small business owners I have ever encountered. Their smoothies are first class and did I mention yummy - oh so yummy.

A smoothie bar with a focus on reduced calorie but fully flavoured drinks, the staff are friendly, helpful and passionate.

Apart from a lack of seating (it is a pick up and go arrangement), this place is a must try when you’re in the area.

Renata and Gerry have created a unique business and entrenched Pupa Fast Nutrition into the fabric of Subiaco in a relatively short time. They’re friendly welcome and constantly creative menu of healthy smoothies and teas has become a mainstay of Rokeby Road and a favourite stop-off for all those craving something more than your average refreshing beverage.

Went in for the first time, and got a thorough and informative explanation of the products by the owners. Very friendly, warm, and welcoming service! Juices and smoothies are super healthy, fairly priced and taste great. A lot of thought and care has gone into this business, by this lovely couple. Highly recommend a visit!

Popped in for an Espresso Frappe, the owners seemed lovely and very passionate about their smoothies and business. They took time to talk me through the menu items and methods of ordering.

Went into this cute little shop today and received the best service! I’m on a liquid diet so the shakes they offered were just what the doctor ordered! Super tasty with huge selection! I wish I lived closer so I could try them all!

What a wonderful addition to Subi high street - after just one visit, I know this will become one of my regular hangouts. Not only are the smoothies delicious and guilt-free but the owners go out of their way to welcome you and make an effort to get to know you - I find this such a rarity in this fast-paced day and age, and it makes such a difference to visit somewhere and be greeted with a face-to-face conversation. I can't wait to work my way through the menu!

What a lovely experience from a chance visit. The couple running the shop are such a delight my boyfriend came to meet them on the second visit. The options for healthy, nutritious drinks and shakes are huge, and they are utterly delicious. Can't recommend them enough.

Highly recommend! I love the drinks at Pupa, I try a new one every time I come in. My favourite so far is the Acai loaded tea- after drinking it I felt so energised I went for a jog, and felt great as it had electrolytes in it! 100% obsessed with Pupa, and the service is top notch.
