Best Indian food we've had in Perth and we've been looking for awhile. Even better that they deliver to Maylands locally. We'll be becoming regulars! Thanks for the great food.

We ordered amritsari kulcha and I said I'm okay with some chopped chillies in it but it was just full of chillies which was so stupid. I eat a good level of spice but we found more than 30 small pieces of green chillies layered on green chilli seeds. When we shared our concern, the girl said this is the hottest kulcha we make! But I never asked for it! Not sure if people can understand English here. Never coming again!

Poor customer service!

Great setup for 11 people & amazing food. Staff were very nice & friendly. We had a great time there.

Service was too slow order 2 starters got one starter and then after 10 minutes got another after saying to them even samosa was cold had to explain him and then they put in a Owen was very soggy, salted lassi was very watery food cost very bad never come again

Great variety of sweets but really poor customer service on the 6th of May around 4pm. Just because some people look like asian or indian doesn't necessarily means that they know all the name of every single cakes/sweets. It would be really helpful if you put the names, so that we can tell you what cakes we would like to buy.

The lady who was serving us was getting very irritated and agitated when we were just pointing out which cakes we would like as we didn't know the names of the cakes. So, humble request to name the sweets/cakes makes it easier for everyone. Thank you.

Jaspalji exceptional professionalism and helpfulness truly shine through in his work. Despite receiving short notice at times, he consistently accommodates requests and delivers outstanding food for both the restaurant and catering events. His culinary creations have consistently impressed my friends, and we are always delighted by his dishes. This restaurant has become our favourite place to eat, and we highly recommend visiting to experience his extraordinary culinary skills.

Love the food at Punjab Soya chap and the Saag being my favourites. The team did really well with a large group dinner too. I’m really grateful for the lovely staff and friendly service for my birthday celebration. All the guests enjoyed the meals - especially the Ras Malai. Thank you

Been many times. Food is terrific. Used to go at the old venue and now at the new site which is better. 3 not 5 stars for one issue that has plagued this place for years. Awful customer service. Virtually every time they get something wrong (no cutlery or plates is common, as is missed dishes, no drinks arrive. Incorrect bill etc.food is amazing though. Hire a few more staff, put a couple of dollars on the pricing to cover it and problem solved!

Took some Jalebi’s and found them to be soggy with sugar granule accumulation on them the following day which made it inedible, could also taste the oil used in make this product was totally disappointed for what I paid and what was delivered. Was given a fresh batch of Jalebis the following week, for which I am thankful to the shop owner. The Jalebi’s did not meet my expectation as the oil used in making them didn’t taste right and the consistency (size and batter) of the Jalebi’s may need to be addressed. Unfortunately will not be getting Jalebi’s here any more.

I go for their Amritsari kulche Chole and like their Samosa chat. Check out their next door shop for fresh sweets. Earlier it was free parking but now council is charging.

Food is always the best I would recommend but the customer service was worst. I have been to the place many times and had good customer service experience but on sunday eve there was a lady who was very rude and rough with no patience on call and personally.
I understand the situation that its closing time and need to clean and close the restaurant or maybe the staff is having a bad day. But still staff needs to be patient with the customers atleast.
I would say definately 5/5 for food and its quality but customer service needs to be improved.

Pathetic customer service. May have 2 customer of 30 there would only be 2 people working. Super slow in taking order, bringing water and surprisingly with billing too. Had to leave my dessert due because all she had to do was to serve what was already ready which took more than 15 minutes but still wasn’t there! Taste wise north Indian dishes are ok but South Indian’s not good

Good flavours, Indian sweets to take away and punjabi food options. Located on bustling strip with cafe, pub, kebab shop and other restaurants. It started of as a small Indian take away joint extended their dining options.

Being Maylands locals we have been going to this place since it converted over from being the fish & chip shop.
Normally the food is excellent and we have had many good & memorable meals here, including takeaway.
Last week however I order lamb rogan josh and fish curry takeaway and they were just terrible - lacking balance, complexity and so heavily salted. It tasted like they were cooked by a student.
Anyway I took the receipt back to them a few days later and shared my experience and was brushed off saying the manager would contact me and of course, I have not received a response.
Everyone has an off day but due to this lack of customer service, they have now lost a loyal longstanding family of customers.

Visited for the first time this afternoon. Lamb Roganjosh and Butter Chicken were both authentic and excellent. My daughter who is otherwise a fussy eater, wiped her entire plate!

Never again. Absolutely terrible service. If I could give zero stars I would. We have previously dined in and ordered takeout many times before, as we like the food, but we will not be coming back ever again.
We have put up with slow service on our visits but this time we waited over an hour for our food. All the while not even an apology. The whole time there were takeout orders going outside and people who were seated after us got served and had finished their food before ours had even arrived. It appears that they prioritise the takeout orders and serve their buddies first. When the food did finally arrive it was virtually thrown at us!
Additionally, the bathroom is absolutely disgusting, and you also have to leave the restaurant and walk around the block to go there!
When it came time to pay the woman at the counter was so rude and dismissive, not even a thank you or apology for the wait.
Such a shame, we were loyal customers but will not be returning after this terrible experience.

We have got the food after 20 mins and that too was starters only and another 15-20 mins for main course. The service is fairly slow than the other restaurant but food is very good and fair price. We expect a little faster serving on the next visit.
