Senior lady freaking rude no greeting she was talking to her colleague throughout she served me 0/5 for customer services

Senior lady is rude.
Needed help with the trailer as it was our first time using it but was told off: "we are not supposed to help". To make our experience even worst, she sighed by saying to us: "for God's sake".
Don't think anyone deserve this kind of service / treatment.

Generally competitive pricing & enjoy the RAC petrol discount. Easy to access in & out of Ocean Reef Road.

HORRIBLE SERVICE N ATTITUDE! There is a guy that serves customer, with orange beard n wears a hat that works there a hill Billy sort, he is so rude to customers, he demands this n that yelling at us
over the speaker. I've witnessed this over 5/6 times, he shouldn't be in this job always in a bad mood.that's the reason why we have STOPPED going there.we go to Shell pearsall down the road on wanneroo lovely service.

I visited here because they had the cheapest price for petrol that was close to where I was located.

Absolutely horrified by the rude woman at 645am that refused to let us purchase food & break a $50 note. There is no need for bad customer service, and to refuse a sale!? !

The bold guy with the beard.no where to be seen Everytime I come to the petrol station. His always in the back room or somewhere else lingering around.
I thought the pump was broken tonight, so I tried another pump.then realised he wasn't even at the counter to push the button for me to even fill up? So I waited 5 minutes for him to even notice me, or other people at other pumps too. Useless as hell

Brutal customer service and all out snide attitude from young female with name starting 'J'. You got 1 job to do, and that is take my money. No need to have an attitude or vent to customers.

Making life hard for people scraping the bottom of the barrel to come up with what they can to buy the essentials in life.

Refusing to accept a payment for fuel because a woman had “too many” 20c coins, this created an embarrassing moment for someone who clearly didn’t need to be judged during that time of her life. Show some bloody decency would you, it doesn’t cost anything to have compassion.

Dirty forecourt, oil and spilt diesel all over the place. I used to work at a servo and we cleaned up spills etc constantly. Not nice when you tread in it.

I asked if I could give change for small cough lollies.she said as long as your quick because there's a que! Of one person behind me.rude.go figure! Note to self.don't go there again!

Always friendly and helpful staff and good service. Easy access from main road, and always good fuel prices.

Great servo, fuel prices are average for perth, but the fresh sandwiches and rolls at lunch are great especially the devil fillet.location is good and easy to find.not to much hot food when I go there but otherwise great

Petrol is reasonably priced plus they accept the RAC membership for discounted fuel.

Staff are really nice the majority of time. Good selection of hot and cold foods. Own made rolls and sandwiches are really fresh.

Generally always the lowest prices in North of the river. Good number of pumps, rarely has long wait times even when busy. The manual car wash located at the station is also a great addition.
