Why would a servo member be rude and unpleasant when eftpos terminal declined due to terminal issue. When I directly insist I will get physical card from car and serve the customer behind me. Console operator says"I can't serve next one as I have already brought up my sale". This happened in evening at 8: 30 Wednesday. Never would visit again.

Well, first time I went there. I bought some drinks from this station, a rude women was at counter, his behaviour was really rude in front of me.her face was really anger on me, i did not like that kind of behaviour.my experience was so bad.i gave them 0 stars because of her.thanku so much.

Awful service towards my two sons who visited. The doors were locked at 9pm and she looked at the boys and told them to wait while she finished mopping the floors she then proceeded to the counter where she thought she would take a casual drink before finally opening the door. She was rude and asked the boys- "what do you want? " And then proceeded to tell them to hurry up and make their choices. Absolutely disgusting treatment.

No longer it's a Puma and just last week it changed into a Caltex outlet. But still they accept RAC discount cards.

Nice staff but store seems to be lacking in stock.always understocked shelves

What a rude lady is serving at this pump she don’t even talk properly and dont let me use the washroom. Such a bad experience. Manager should take the notice.

Good prices in comparison to other servos in the area especially with an RAC card and an extra 4 cents off per litre. Also open 24 has.

RAC Recommended, they sell 98 proof fuel and their shop has a good selection of drinks and treats.

The entrance here gets very busy especially when prices go down. Makes entering the station dangerous as alot of cars line up along a busy road.

Waiting to get served is bs especially when people cut the line next time if there is a next time I'll jus walk out

On 16 December 2019 I paid for fuel at your Kwinana fuel station and they deducted the payment twice from my account. I have been to your garage a few times and nobody could assist me or want to assist me. I have requested my account must please be credited with the over payment deducted but they just not interested, even gave a copy of the statement to show but no response, I have referred it to Current Affair cause I think I am not the only one. Not even worth the one star cause the people is so rude

Excellent Petrol station always open have excellent variety of things that you needed at strange times of the day like ice, gas bottles and firewood.the lady in the shop is always friendly and the prices on fuel are always competitive in comparison to some of the bigger contenders.

Paid $17 for full car wash and wax. Waste of money as it came out not much cleaner. Keep away as it's not a good car wash!

Use this petrol station all the time, don't get cheap petrol all the time but the 4 cents a litre helps.

They have been a fantastic help to me and so friendly. Will be making this my regular stop from now on.

Cranky cow in her 40s behind the counter having a meltdown when I politely requested that I would just like to pay for my fuel yesterday. Perhaps try reading peoples body language, dont keep trying to push suggestive selling. Made a big scene over how much she hates doing what she does and shes forced to do it. As a customer I really don't give a toss if you hate your job, but I do care you trying to belittle me in a shop full of customers when I declined respectfully. Grow up.

Nothing out of the ordinary. The staff are friendly and prices are generally reasonable for fuel compared with elsewhere. Some of their stocked items could be cheaper, but you come to expect to pay a bit more at service stations anyway.

Great place for petrol and competitive in their prices especially now that they offer 4c off with the RAC card.

Well priced fuel, even cheaper with my RAC card. Nicest people serving there. I can tell that they must really like working there because they seem so happy.
