Puma Neerabup reviews
26Staff are very nice, but the station is very small and they always seem to have a few out of order pumps.
Went to get fuel last night and the attendant was cleaning the toilets.
He Looked right at us waiting
to get fuel and carried on at a snails pace.
Wife asked if he could turn the pump on so we could get fuel, he said I have to finish this first. A few words were exchanged where we expressed our thoughts on the situation and we were told to leave. Not happy at all.
It has recently rebadged from a Liberty or Puma. Basic restrooms that you need to obtain a key to use and sandwiches there aren't the freshest
Always go there for the price, staff usually alright. Today there was a new staff (older man) who pretty much insulted me and my car in front of all of the other costumers waiting for no particular reason! Very disappointing
Love going here this place always have the best prices on fuel. The staff are always friendly. The air pump is always working. I cant complain with the service Can get busy at times but work the wait
Cheapest fuel around town! Staff always super friendly, RAC card accepted (so cheaper fuel and RAC discount too) and a great selection of hot foods
Save yourself some money and heap there
My go to station for 5 years.
Great staff. Busy at times.
RAC cards excepted. Open till late.
Oh and have good honest grub for the journey.
Often cheapest around and I like the old style "country" setting and location. It has its own character. Hope renovation is not on their cards.
Went to Puma today and was really annoyed that the lady serving could not stop reading her cell phone. She was so engrossed that she forgot to ask if I wanted a receipt. Incredibly rude
The Tradie wrap is the best and it's very reasonably priced aswell it's absolutely stacked. Great food
Fuel prices cheaper than further north so we pull in here when travelling. Clean female toilets but you have to ask for key. Good idea as far as I am concerned, I felt more secure having a door I can lock. Nice friendly staff at register. If cheaper fuel is your motivation, you'll win.
Prices are always good out here so if ur passing check their price but you have to slow down to see the sign before you pass it.
This Petrol station has cheap fuel
Sometimes, just gotta keep an eye on the board, and also a few lil hot bites to have for your trip.
Pretty good place for cheap diesel pricing.although customers are always trying to jump the queue when waiting.watch out for queue jumpers
No issues from me! Great servo, diesel price has been constant & good value for months. Staff always polite. Best thing is the food! Cheese burger and tradie wrap are sensational. No bull, no games - unlike the foreign majors!
We stop at your petrol station frequently on our long road trips and spend at least $120 to fill our tank every time we stop.when your facilities don't even offer toilets for my three year old daughter this is unacceptable. You've lost my business neerabup puma we won't be back. And having closed for cleaning on both toilets and no one cleaning either of them and one person on the counter who said no there's no facilities for u to use and wasn't helpful at all. If u were thinking of stopping dont bother. Horrible customer service
They all the same just a petrol, station ripping peaple of it a 4, star rip of they are rubbing there hands with. $$$$$$
To much in way of food, but good cheap fuel always. We at time will travel from south Perth to puma when graveling to get cheaper fuel
The staff were very friendly & helpful. They even had a drive way attendant to help fill up, how rare is that these days. Poor guy very windy & has been pouring it down with rain. We was also asked if we had an RAC Card which gave us a discount.
Puma Neerabup isn't much different from any other servo in the area, but they do differ in the fact that they have wonderful staff and great fresh food on offer. If you are on a journey and need to grab a quick bite, they have burgers, chips, pastries, toasted sandwiches, cooked meats and much more.
Another huge feather in their cap is their fuel pricing policy. Puma whether they use it as a strategy or not, are usually the cheapest fuel in the area. If on the rare occasion they aren't, their fuel prices are usually hovering around the same price point, they never usually boost their prices by huge amounts. Even if they are not the cheapest on the day by a few cents, I will still go to them and spend my money there, as a kind of thanks for trying to keep your prices level, well as much as the market will allow. Good on ya guys.
