I know it seems a bit odd reviewing a petrol station but this independent petrol station is great! The staff are absolute legends and the prices always seem to be a bit lower than the conglomerates. Always pop in for fuel whenever I can!
Unfriendly staff. Barista made me feel very uncomfortable. As an Irish immigrant I have different ways of saying words and was I rudely told the way I said something was wrong and told what country I am in.
Staff should not make paying customers feel unwanted in a country they now call home. Will not be returning. Some cultural awareness training is needed in this place.
Nice clean Puma station that also serves food & coffee. We filled up with diesel. Good clean toilets as well.
Best coffee in the south west also the best brekky wrap in the south west. Also the best coffee machine in the south west. And probably the best Easter hat in Australia. Go in there. The staff are lovely grab a coffee and something to eat for the road.
Never had a problem until my last visit, bought a homemade sausage roll and was given food poisoning. Don’t recommend the hot food.
Coffee drinkers in their droves slow customer service. It must be good coffee, but I only wanted fuel.
The place itself is good great stock cheap fuel however if you are planning on going after 6pm the toilet facilities will be closed so be aware
Busy when I arrived 1pm on a Sunday, adequate staff working, fuel priced accordingly, got served quickly. Had hot food drinks and toilets were clean.
Most regular fuel stop on our travels out of Bunbury as the fuel prices are usually lower than anywhere else!
Shop is always clean and tidy as well as the bathroom facilities!
Always stop here on my way down south. Friendly staff and nice variety of bay marine food. But for months now, deep standing water where we stop with our trucks. And sometimes ankle deep. I'm sure they intend to repair the problem.
This is my go-to for coffee on the way home from Bunbury. There's always a massive queue but well worth the wait. I love the coffee here
All the essentials, Great staff, forgot my receipt while in store later arranged to get it. Top job ️
As a rest break on my bus trip through to Perth, this place has all you could ask for to satisfy your travel treat needs.
If you got a bit carried away driving then your best bet is pulling over here and getting some affordable fuel before reaching bunbury, this is the place to be.
Long weekend so very busy but staff serviing very quickly what is wanted at this time excellent
Good little servo with great hot and cold food selection.toilets are too far from shop though and service can be a little slow
Passed by and stopped in to use the toilet. Was "directly" told I had to buy something and it wasn't a public toilet by a stroppy lady on duty. Needless to say that I won't be back. Went down the road to their competition where I was greeted by a friendly person as I got a few things. The sad thing for them is they have lost any future business as I pass by 4 times a week.
Always a great spot to stop half way to the south West. Always friendly staff & good refreshments break.
Stoped here plenty of times for petrol never used the loo. Stoped today to only use the loo only to see a sign saying the toilets were for paying customers only (sticky taped inside the stall). If you desperately don’t want people to use the toilets, why not display it on the entrance instead of inside the stall? Not a great way to win customers.
