It's around the 10th time I have been over charged at this petrol station, please guys be careful and check your receipts so the same thing doesn't happen to you, I think consumers affairs should be involved because I have a feeling they might be doing this to other people, maybe 100s of times a week

Staff has been sitting ans not appoved for fuel!
Ones someone enters a store then he stand up ans approved fuel requests.

Bollard in car wash entry this morning at 8: 30am. Brushes in centre of washing unit. Husband assumed broken and came home. He had a voucher he purchased when getting petrol in the week to use for car wash within 7 days. He washed the car by hand when he got home. Tonight he approaches station to get extension on voucher given it’s broken. Told by employee it’s working. Husband says there’s a billiard there and it’s been there since 8: 30 this morning. Employee says “oh I can move it! ” So no one has noticed this all day (think of the business lost). Husband says no car is washed now but he’s just after extension of $17 voucher to have car wash later. Employee says cant do that! We both fill our cars here every week; as does my mother. Wont be using again.

The best Puma I've ever been to. Anthony is an excellent employee and is always helpful when I'm having trouble finding things. Anthony provides superior fuel to other employees and is a excellent customer service representative. I love this place.

I live locally to this petrol station. Around 2am-3am you can always hear loud banging and what sounds like metal gates being open and closed. I realise this is a 24hr petrol station but please have some consideration for the residents that live in the vicinity of you. Noisy jobs should not be carried out between 10pm-6am. This makes for a very restless sleep and not a good start to the working day

Anthony was so helpful to our experience. When we rang he notified us of operating times and stock of certain items. When we arrived at store assisted with sale of items in a timely manner and with excellent customer service. N@

Pretty decent prices, nice big station with an easy in/out system. New car wash. Plenty of supplies available including a good range for your vehicle. U-Haul trailers available for hire. Only lost a star because for the last 12 months, whenever it rains, the water comes through the downright outside. I’m not an electrician but I can’t imagine it’s ideal, particularly at a place of mass amount of fuel.

Petrol was selling at the right price but not always, also get discount of 4 cents being a R A C member

Abrupt, rude and unhelpful. Took our money for a transaction and then made us swipe again stating it didn't go through but would not produce a decline receipt. Charged twice for our fuel and when we rang them they
asked why were we calling them, just ring the bank. Had to lodge a dispute with the bank and it could take ten days? Thanks for nothing Puma Mindarie. Just lost two customers.

My local servo! Convenient and accessible open early and close late. Great stop for emergency ice and gas.

Great service station, plenty of modern style bowsers, reasonable pump speed and some of the cheapest fuel this far north of Perth.

It has a reasonable selection of foods and accessories at a reasonable price for a service station, second only to Coles express.

Staff are sometimes slow but always polite, just wish they’d be more wary of their customers time.

Good priced petrol and diesel. Seems a few cents cheaper than anywhere else that's close by. There is some hot food available from pie warmer and also a good range of other snack, drink and shopping items. Friendly, professional and efficient service.

Good and friendly service. A pity that LPG and flowers is not sold anymore (since change of owners/management?).
