Fresh new branding, and RAC discounts that make it good for the locals.

Staff are always lovely and friendly.

Petrol is at a good price and the staff are always friendly that's why I go there all the time

Almost always some of the best prices around. The pumps are well spaced & clean/well maintained, the store is well stocked (including a small range of supercheap auto products), but most importantly.the staff are gorgeous! Whoever it is behind the counter they are always chatty & friendly, helpful, up for some laughs. Even if their prices weren't cheap I'd still frequent this servo just for the great staff.
Also handy for RAC members (discount) & almost never busy. Only bummer is the air pump has been out of service for a long, long time.

Positives:
- Plenty of fuel bays
- Friendly staff members
- Has some of the best pricing in the joondalup
- They take RAC's 4 cents of fuel

Negatives:
- Line backs onto the road or the car park if they are busy
- There is a small drop onto the road as you exit the station

The Puma fuel stations are highly favoured because of the lowest price of fuel. In addition, the hospitality of the people in charge and their communication with the customers are very motivating. I encourage you to check this place!
The only problem is that the air pump is not working!

I must be idle if I'm giving a review for a servo. Anyway I somehow always end up having a long chat everytime I come here and the service is nice so I'll give it a five star

What beautiful friendly and highly efficient staff. One lady in particular (I wish I had noted her name) went above and beyond her duties to help me today. Very grateful, thank you

Often one of the cheapest fuel stations. They offer diesel, 91,95 and 98 octane petrol. The staff are also generally more friendly than at other stations.

Always had nice service As for the reviewer above, I'll bet you were actually coming in at closing time hence the till being closed and them being under no obligation to serve you. Asking for credit card was them trying to do you a favour. Not sure why you drove all the way to Banksia Grove when there are literally two latenight Caltexs 500 metres away in Joondalup. How would you like it if people came and berated you at your job for closing on time and wanting to go home?

It's a bit rude to be closed five or ten minutes before the advertised time. Wasn't the end of the world but it was certainly an inconvenience.

Price seems to be cheaper than most places & Fuel last longer or is it just me. The only issue is my car takes 98 only & the first two fuel pumps only have 98, which leaves the fuel pump in front of me empty causeing a bit of a winde up in the cue.

The air pump is anolgue dial, which is hopeless to figure out for my car tyers at a 50 psi rating.

I go there because the fuel is cheaper most of the time & seems to last longer. & its closer to home. The main factor of a consumer in these rough economic climate times.
