13Its is got to be worst place to try and get out of it is dangerous they should put a separate are for checking the air in ur tires etc not near the fuel pumps. Even getting fuel is a problem do not who designed the lay out, but they need to go back to the drawing board.
Formerly Puma and now Caltex but still take the Puma Card. Good coffee too. Friendly staff.

No longer a Puma! Changing to Caltex. Remains to be seen if their prices as as competitive as Puma!
Seems to have decent fuel prices once a week.haven't had any issues with the staff.clean as well.
Their coffee is really good, a way better than most of the coffee shops and it's cheap too.
I went there and I bought two powerades. And i was a dollar short. The staff member serving me just said ill pay for it. I was extremely happy. Fuel is cheap and they always restock the mint patties which is very good. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Best priced service station in Baldivis area. Staff are always super friendy and not pushy with additional purchases as can be the case with other servos. Hot food options are also very well priced. Swing by next time you need to fill up!
Asked to prepay at 4: 45am. I don't usually fuel at servos that ask for that but as I had zero fuel left had to do it. Old mate behind the counter seemed less than impressed that I asked him to pass on my comments to his managers about how prepay just makes me feel like a criminal, and that I didn't like it. " I won't because they know and don't care" was the reply. No more fuel from Puma servos, I'll just pop down to the Caltex and pay the extra few cents a litre and not feel like I should be wearing a balaclava just to get some fuel.
Very out if the way not many visitors here I find although at least it has basic supplies and also has a tyre pump

Today i went to puma petrol station in Baldivis around 4-45pm.
I was wating over 5 mins to fill up my company car. No one bothered to say anything. I walked inside to see what the issue was with the pump, the man at the counter rudly told me to go back oitside and try the pump again. The pump yet again did not work, he had then called me again back to the counter to be told that the pump is pre -payed and i need to know how much i need to fill up other wise i can not fill up at all?
I think its rude and inconvenient, he could have told me this from the start instead of wasting my time (20minutes) for nothing just to tell me the pump is pre payed. Every other time i have gone there it has never been an issue.
I will never be going back to this petrol station again.
Generally cheap most of the time. Good location and fairly well laid out to allow for easy movement of traffic
Fuel was cheap on the day I filled up the car. Staff were very nice and store was clean. Nice to have competition in Baldivis but need more servos.
