9The lady that usually works on the afternoon during the week yelled and was condescending towards me because I wanted cash out. I understand there is limits but when you do it for everyone else it’s ridiculous. Go somewhere else where you do not get yelled out for the smallest things, there is much better fuel stations in the area with better service and prices.
The pumps are a rip off. The digits are going off but the pump constantly stops. Even if we press 1/4 on the handle it still stops.
I went in the other day to get a pouch and they didn’t have any nor even a lighter need to do better.
The woman that works there has been rude every time I've been. I would rather pay a few cents more per litre and go elsewhere, which I will do from now on.
Would post 0 stars if I could. Refused service to me because I didn't wear a mask in the whole 20 seconds I was in the store. Just wanted to buy a cold drink
Always great service and friendly helpful staff and the convenience side of the store is pretty versatile. The petrol prices are usually quite good especially with your RAC membership card
Went there to fill up and the attendee announced that I had to turn my car around before she can let the pump go. There was no other pumps available so how was supposed to reach my fuel tank from the other side of the car. Ridiculous!
Good service but go there after 6am for day rate prices otherwise very dear at night prices
My mother was having issues with her bank and wasn't able to pay for her petrol, she notified the staff that she will pay for it the next day as the bank told her that they will lift the restrictions and the staff at the petrol station did let her know it was fine. To which my mum came back the next day, as my mum is not that type of person! She went back and was told by a blonde female she is 'not allowed to go there again' which is fine but was condescending toward my mum. Could have been explained better and handled more professional. Shame because we were a regular, god forbid the bank restricts your card and they made it seemed she was some sort of criminal. Side note the older gentlemen worker is lovely there.
