Although I was trying to sell my property while I’m in overseas, Kim has tried to make the selling process as seamless as possible for me. She was always reachable even though we are in a completely different timezone.

Kim had liaised directly with my property managing agent and the exisiting tenants directly without much of my worry. I was only involved when I really need to. She kept me up to date with the process. It was very helpful especially it was my first home sale and I am not in the same city.

Efficient and responsive

I used Pulse to sell a rental property in Mount Pleasant. I phoned Pulse after a negative experience with another real estate agency, and had become frustrated with the sales process.

I had dealings with both the rental and sales teams and found them to be very professional and great communicators. My property was certainly not the most expensive place in the area but the team there treated me very well and were always responsive. After actioning a plan to make appropriate repairs and updates the property was sold for a price that I thought was fair. They seemed very respectful to myself and the buyer. Excellent service
Our experience with Di in selling a block in Rossmoyne a few years ago was smooth and hassle free. We therefore, had no hesitation in using Di's services again to recently sell another block in Rossmoyne. We have also leased a home in Shelley through Pulse Property Group. Di's knowledge of the property market is exceptional!
Di is very professional and friendly and always maintained an open line of communication between us.
