These guys and transperth avoid answering fair and reasonable questions at all costs. They read scripted lines and are evasive.
So far, I've made contact to transperth and pta no less than 9 times.
I am waiting for another reply in writing. If this does not answer my question directly, in writing, with proof, I will take this to the transport minister.

At LAST LOGIC PREVAILED. The fact this took as many people as it did as long as it did is a disgrace! How many others have you defrauded?

Aggressive drivers, constant dropped buses and an app that frequently doesn't work. I'd rather we had nothing at all.

Today the bus driver stole $4.90 from me I paid my bus fair of $5.10 with a $10 note and was then told sorry we don't give change when I asked for my money back in exchange of the return of the ticket and I will walk he told me no also buss # 1627

During Covid they treated me bad. The drivers didn't want to open the door to let me in without having already the mask on. I was putting the mask while I was entering. They were very rude and made multiple reports. However, no one cared from the department.

I also was not able to breathe with the mask, and I had to leave the bus in the middle of the road and walk home. This company is not recommended.

The staff are a racist bunch. On 16th March at around 7: 50, the PTA officer at the entry of Clarkson Station did not allow me to take my bike onboard but always allows white guys to do it.
At first he said he can't allow me to take it to a station where PTA officers are not present, then he said he won't allow me to take a bike in busy hours. I am aware of the rule but was inspired by the leniency offered to white guys at the same station.
Any ideas how I can file a formal complaint?

No mastercards or bank cards accessible anywhere in transperth system.and there is no top up machines or any stores need to improve the network and system way behind then rest of australian capital cities (melbourne and sydney)

Terrible! Buses run late from 15 m to 35 m. The transperth android app I'd very unlogic. I am so happy that I have to use the services rarely. A 23-minute drive to home ended up a 1.5 hour journey using a bus, a train, and another bus.

Prefer the earlier timetable to East Perth. The new route for 314 was also good as it went by St John of Gods hospital in Bunbury.

Vending machine charged me $12 for a $3 item and I didn’t get the item. They stuck “out of order” signs behind the machine too so you can’t see it. Don’t use the vending machines, they’re a scam.

The Brutalist architectural design of the building is not to everyone’s taste but I love it.
