This Business is not ethical. They did not do what they where supposed to do, held our records for ransom and demanded upfront payment for work that was not done in order to release the papers and records.

Unfortunately for us this review is legitimate. In 2016 your accounting services were recommended to the company I worked for by a business coach at the time, Annette.
All this time, the negative experience has sat with me and I felt that I should share with others.
We used your services for 1 quarterly BAS at the beginning of 2016, which was not completed and we were charged a sum of around $2000 for work not finished. You would not continue with the work nor did you supply the work you had done. The information you gave us on the USB memory stick (which we still have) was not accessible and we had to employ the services of another bookkeeper to re do all of the work manually. The actions of your company caused us great distress, we felt bullied, held to ransom and taken advantage of. A sad thing for a small business to have to face.

Pryority Business Consulting is the absolute Best. I would recommend them to anyone. Their attention to detail is excellent, and the team is always happy to answer any of my questions.
