24Such friendly staff working here, the guy who served us was really nice and chatty. We tried different dips and chutneys and he was so kind wrapping our bottles in bubble wrap because we are travelling back by plane.
If you are passionate about wine and typical Australian foods, you should visit here, they sell a variety of vinegar, olive oil, and wine for you to choose from.
Kevin's first day, great customer services had us laughing, an enjoyable experience. From the Queensland Queens.
High end food stuffs available, reaching from couscous to oils to spreads. There was some free tasting and we were persuaded to buy the coffee liquor because it tasted so so good!
I’m not sure if I’m spelling this right! But Tianh was absolutely amazing and so so good at their job and has amazing customer service. Really appreciated all the care and recommendations for us. Hopefully they’re managers see this!
A shop selling alcohol and coffee located in the Swan Valley winery area of Seohuju. It is a place run by the Margaret River Chocolate Factory right next door, and sells various products made with natural and organic ingredients. Vinegar, coffee, jam, honey, wine, etc, and unique chocolate liquor are also sold. You can also taste wine or liquor, and it's nice that the staff are friendly. It is a place where you can shop and browse comfortably.
I used to love this place, every time I have been there I have bought multiple bottles of wine and food. The last time we were there the service wasn't the best and quite rude and I went this weekend on Saturday, albeit it was 15 minutes before closing but as I saw other people doing a wine tasting I asked to taste some wines so I could buy some more bottles and the lady just said no we are closed. There was other people still tasting! They lost sales as I always buy and probably after this I'd rather go to other wineries who appreciate me and my business. Disappointing.
Very nice establishment.
The staff was very friendly and have great product knowledge. In the end I bought their Cabernet Sauvignon for great Red Wine taste that they offered.
Good place to visit and experience!
Good place for gourmet jams, chutneys, sauce wine, other gourmet goodies and food souvenirs. Free tastings before purchase. Personnels are attentive and friendly.
Lovely, clean and refreshing displays. Wonderful joyful staff member. Thoroughly enjoyed my brief visit on Sunday.
The approachable and friendly staff made purchasing some of the amazing collection of locally made jams, chutneys and preserves so much easier. If we have a question they were happy to help.
We also were able to taste test a small selection of goodies.
They also had some lovely local alcoholic beverages, some locally sourced and produced gifts including tea towels, bread boards (made with stunning local woods), and other goodies. Worth an additional five to ten minutes if you are already visiting the Margaret River Chocolate Factory on the same grounds!
Nice selection, shame about the service. The lady behind the counter seemed to speak to everyone like they were naughty school children. No testers available on the day.
Whilst it was good I did feel that our tour of 7 were rushed and it did feel a little impersonal as even though we had booked in, another unbooked tour took our slot and I think thats where we missed out on the service. The liqueurs were very nice and we would go back.
Amazing place. I was in foodie heaven. Too much to buy to bring back on plane but will be placing an internet order very soon.
Was a pleasure to be served by JulieAnn for the amazingco experience and the wine tasting. She was bubbly, friendly and informative.
With $5 pp for wine tasting, it was good value before comitting to a purchase.
Thank you for a lovely experience.
Truly excellent place with amazing range of produce on sale. Their wine and liquer tasting experience is super. They have a phenomenal muscat on hand and I especially enjoyed the hazelnut and espresso chocolate liqueurs.
Way to taste test and check out some Swan valley products before having chocolate at the Margaret River Chocolate Factory next door. Has many wines, jams and oils. Great place to get things to add to your meals. Staff are friendly and helpful.
Kirsty was the server and made it very clear from the get go that she was not happy about serving the 2 of us. Walking away when being spoken to and then telling us we are only allowed a few tastings but unable to give a reason why! I was happy to buy 2 bottles but as a result of her service decided not to. Don't waste your time
This place has testers for days, from garnishes, jams, syrup, wine, liquor, etc. It was a satisfying experience and the staff were helpful. We definitely did some proper shopping here. Shame about the plastic spoons. I felt as bit guilty. Maybe wood or cardboard spoons?
Nice place but why supply plastic tasting spoons for all of your visitors and why ask them to use multiple per visit? Disgusting really.invest in cardboard and catch up with the rest of the world
