I’m not sure if it’s hyperbolic to say that your mortgage broker saved your life, but I think Jen might have done just that.
I came to Jen as a bit of a sad case, both on paper in terms of lending capacity and in my personal situation having suffered a relationship breakdown and the subsequent pressure of being a single mother trying to refinance the family home without much time or resources to do so. It sounds cliched but Jen truly saw me and treated me as a person, not a job and not a set of figures. She is not just a middleman shuffling paperwork between you and the bank - she works those figures to the nth degree and uses her vast amount of experience and knowledge to find a way when there seems like there is no way. She is patient, thorough and strategic. She waits for the best opportunity and then slam dunks it! Getting her email with my full approval attached few days ago made me want to do a happy dance or burst into tears. She’s saved my family home, she’s kept a roof over my kids’ head. She’s preserved my mental health. Essentially, she’s saved my life.

Jen Sarre is an absolute champion, without her friendly professional guidance and hard work our now reality would still be a pipe dream.
