Dropped off my coffee machine 3 weeks ago, told me will be able to fix it on next week. Nothing happened, no call for 3 weeks. Called them monday, told me that will check on Wednesday and call me. Nothing happened. Called them on Friday, told me need parts, ordered and don’t know when will the part be delivered. Will send through the order information to me. Nothing happened. Always promise me will call me to update but never called. So disappointed, not sure when the machine can be fixed.

I took my De’Longhi Specialista coffee machine for repair in July. After 10 days, I was told my coffee machine was not repairable! The machine was only 4 years old and it cost me $900. So, before I threw it away, I took it to another coffee machine repair service for a second opinion just in case. It only took the second service guy 20 mins and he told them me that I only need to replace a filter cup with insert. It cost me $18 and my coffee machine has been working perfectly since then!

I am not happy being provided this bad service advice and the $60 for it. I would not recommend this service.

They are the worst. They charge you to ruin the machine so that you have to get it fixed by them. I gave my coffee machine working and giving a descale message, they got back 4 days later with a quote of $250 which I thought was too much so chose to get it back because my coffee machine was working anyway. On getting it back, it did not work at all. I called Provend so that they rectify the issue that they caused and my machine stopped working. They bluntly said they can't do anything and it will cost $250 to fix it. I said that i need to have my machine back they way i gave it. They hung up on me three times. I said that I will take it to ombudsman and they said take it! I can't believe someone can be that bad with their customer service and not take any responsibility!

Trying to get any help from DeLonghi was pointless and frustrating, but so thankful to Provend to their friendly staff for their help and service. Can't fault them. Complete opposite to other service companies I have used on other coffee machines.

After 2x weeks of absolute frustration dealing with DeLonghi, Provend collected our coffee machine from Harvey Norman and had it back to us in 3 days.

My DeLonghi La Specialista unexpectedly stopped pumping water which is a serious problem for a coffee lover. I contacted ProVend and took the machine in the same morning. I was expecting it to take some time to repair, however I was very pleasantly surprised to be told it was ready the same day! I collected it the next morning complete with a new pump, now going like new again. I also thought with the cost of repair was quite reasonable, much better than buying a new machine. This was five star service!

The reception staff were accommodating & helpful to us (regional customers).
The service was professional & quick. I was kept up to date on the repairs to my machine & they were happy to hold it for me for several weeks till I was able to have it collected.

Took coffee machine in for repair under warranty. Super friendly and efficient service. Would definitely recommend this company even for out of warranty repairs.

The reception staff are amazing. They were so helpful in getting all the details all I had to do was drop off and pick up. Would thoroughly recommend this business to anyone who needed a service on their Delonghi Coffee machine. Wish that all service people were this easy to deal with. 10 Stars ladies.

The staff were amazingly friendly and welcoming, and the issue we had for over a month with our machine was sorted in less than 48 hours. Loved the service, loved the speedy result!

Excellent service and communication, repair to my DeLonghi coffee machine was done promptly and at a reasonable cost, happy to have it back and working!
