After signing tax return with correct mail & EFT details, the person @ Prouse Family Accountants changed the postal & eft details so the return was sent to them. Delays! In getting refunds.

After being rushed through the appointment we booked, the accountant ended up providing the ATO with the wrong account details so that my refund took 3 times as long to be provided. The receptionist was quite rude when I tried to inquire what was happening. When I finally got my return it was half the amount the accountant stated because they 'forgot' to factor in some items!

Wont be using these guys again
