Host was very helpful on arrival explaining many things about Pronto apartments. Very clean rooms, ample parking. Small courtyard on ground floor very leafy and relaxing.

Seeking short term accommodation when travelling to Perth we came across Pronto by chance. Our needs are fairly simple. Safe, clean accommodation with parking, and a TV. Pronto, whilst being dated in its fixtures provided everything we needed, including Smart TV’s. Location is convenient to Perth and the northern suburbs. If there’s an apartment available next time we travel to Perth, we’ll be staying at Pronto. Oh, and Michael and Ben were very keen to ensure all was ok. Good service, thanks.

Stayed 6mths in a ground floor unit with courtyard. Ordered online from Coles for quarantine. We found Ben the on-site manager very helpful in all instances. It is well priced and a convenient location with parking. Would stay again.

Spent my isolation period here. Very comfortable. Proper kitchen. There was a proper fridge/freezer so I was able to just order my groceries online and get it delivered to my door, and so I was able to cook my own meals. There's even an excercise cycle machine. Balcony overlooking secluded garden with a very relaxing water feature. No washing machine, but there's a couple of tubs so I just washed mine by hand. Ben, the building manager, was very accommodating.

Raymond Street Yokine blocked off on Flinders street you can turn left off Flinders but you can't turn right (heading south (you have to turn right onto Tuart Street and then right onto Lockwood Street to get to Raymond Street heading west.

Everything about this accommodation was exceptional. It's not often that you find a place which responds to you instantly, has everything you need for a restful stay and provides such impeccable ambiance. The decorations, water fountains, greenery, Buddha Statues and interior design, all of it made my stay extra lovely. Thank you team at Pronto Apartments, I look forward to return.

The place was clean and located at a very strategic location. The person in charge, Michael, was very helpful and accommodating. We travelled in a group of 3 girls and had several requests which Michael was very helpful with and on our last day we had requested for a slight extension on the check out hours for last minute shopping, thankfully Michael even accommodated that request. Overall it was a pleasant and well enjoyable stay. The apartment is well equipped with refrigerator, stove, microwave oven, hair dryer, iron and etc. We will definitely recommend this plc to anyone traveling to Perth!

As a FIFO worker flying in and out of Port Hedlad, Pronto Apartments in Tuart Hill makes great sense.
Offered are clean self contained apartments with plenty of parking and free WIFI.
Close to amenities such as cafes, restaurants, hairdressers, a dentist, chemist, butchers, PO and not to mention, the Mighty Quinn Tavern where the beer and food is cheap. All within 500m.
For those with a bit of gear, secure and cheap Balcatta Storage is 10 min North (by car).
Want groceries, Dog Swamp is 5 min South.

I have been staying here for just on 3 years.
Convenience and value for money is why I keep coming back.
A $30 Uber from the airport will get you here.

Pop in next time you're on break and check it out. Ben and the team will be happy to assist with all your inquiries.

We booked an extra night knowing, after our long overnight journey from the UK, we would want to get access into the apartment straight way at around 6am in the morning. A quick email was sent, and replied to from Pronto, to ensure all was understood and arrangements in place. I then emailed, to be on the safe side, and to get key pick up arrangements, 48 hours before we were due to arrive. After several emails, still no reply. We had no choice as to arrive, knowing the chances of anybody being around at that time in the morning was very slim, and of course that was the case. We waited a couple of hours, completely shattered, and still no one about at the office. Eventually we had to call on our UK mobile phone - it was costly of course. I spoke to someone, and they advised the key had been left in a shut box outside the apartment, and told us the number - there was no number are instructions left so we could sort this ourselves. When we got to the apartment, and opened the door we were devastated. It was far, far from clean. Dirty and smelly - I have not seen accommodation this bad in a long, long time - if ever. We were not going to stay in that kind of poor hygiene, so we called back, again, at a hefty cost, to say we were leaving and didnt expect to be charge. In fairness the lady was apologetic, and as of yet we have not been charged. But, trust me, you really don't want to stay here.

Booked on business this time - since changing names to Pronto Apartments the new management still run short-stay furnished units but have improved the place in all respects - renovated rooms, great WiFi, new booking system. Its still excellent value for money and the same friendly caretakers now have Michael (owner) and Night Manager to oversee office so its always easy to deal with/book etc and help is always nearby. I highly recommend Pronto for business & FIFO travellers etc as its totally equipped so hassle free, quet & secure, great location, spotless.beats a hotel hands down coz has proper kitchen in each unit!
