I saw Paul Atkinson for a neck issue. Paul's proficiency and attention are much appreciated. His skills in providing personalised help both physically and mentally were outstanding and helped me a lot in both respects.
His desire to really help people is obvious from the care and thought he gives. He far exceeded any other physio I have seen and gave me a new perception of what a good physio does.

I had been to a number of physios in the past for various issues and almost all of them gave me little stretches or very monotonous exercises to do. Like many, I would do these for a week or two and then give up from boredom. I had increasing back pain recently and a scan revealed a disc bulge and a herniated disc as well as some disc degeneration. I went and saw Paul Atkinson for several sessions over about 6 months. Paul not only assessed my condition but also designed a program based on what I enjoyed doing (strength and conditioning work). It meant I had a program I could stick to in the long term. I am now doing movements I wouldn't have dreamed I could do again - kettlebell swings, deadlifts, squats with no back pain. I feel so much stronger and it has been close to a year since I have blown my back (which is probably a record time for me in the past ten years). This is by far the best physio experience I have had and it has made a huge difference to my life. Thank you Paul and Promotion!

I was recommended this Clinic and Physiotherapist Paul Atkinson from a Physician I was seeing. I only required one appointment with Paul to assess my physical ability for a job application requiring a high level of fitness. I am still so amazed at the level of effort and detail Paul put into our session and the accompanying report. I feel very lucky to have crossed paths with Paul as I really couldn't have asked for a better physio to assist with my unique requirements! Paul is extremely knowledgeable, professional and very passionate about fitness, health and injury prevention. I highly recommend Paul as a Physiotherapist and the clinic as a whole! Wonderful wonderful service!

Today I had my first ever Physio appointment with Alyce. She was engaging, motivating and professional. She made me feel genuinely listened to and she appeared very caring and friendly through the session. I left with new information and exercises (with instructions for home too). Leaving the office I felt that I could actually accomplish the exercises recommended to me. Thank you:)!

As a long-term patient of Carla Lodewijks I cannot recommend her highly enough for her skills, care and concern in helping me on the road to recovery and keeping me there!

Professional physiotherapy service located in Claremont with ample street parking and access from the train station. I can highly recommend this service for their thorough assessment and biomechanical approach. With a focus on sports-related injuries. I was treated well and shown how to prevent problems recurring.

Highly recommend this physio practice. Have seen the physios here for work related pain and most recently for management of pregnancy issues with their specialised women’s health physio. Have received absolutely fantastic and professional care every time. Their new location is amazing with brand new equipment and heaps of space for group classes too. Also the reception staff are lovely!

I love going to Promotion Physio because the whole team love their jobs and work very hard and successfully to keep me flexible and mobile. Not only are they proficient at treating post surgery and serious physical issues there is also a lighter and necessary activity provided. Ageing is NOT graceful and the wonderful Rachel convinces me to perform all the strange movements of Pilates improving my flexibility, balance and strength with lots of laughter. Hence what I thought would be torture is actually working and is lots fun.

I have been receiving excellent Pilates treatment for many years. It’s improved my posture and I’m definitely more aware of how I position my body when exercising. I also used the exercise physiologist services to improve and vary my gym program before my last ski trip, best I have ever felt on the mountain! Highly recommend a targeted gym program if your going on an activity based trip/holiday. Keep it up Team ProMotion!

Great staff and amazing premises! I saw a physio (Lisa) for my neck a few years ago and after treatment, excercises and understanding why I kept getting headaches, I’ve never been better! Would highly recommend! Also do Pilates here and classes are fun and I walk away feeling as though I’ve done something for my body without being sore.

Highly recommend. Would give more stars if I could. I went to PROmotion in a great amount of pain. Within days Amanda had not only released a lot of that pain she had also organised scans and further treatment. PROmotion go out of their way for their clients in every way possible.

These guys are great. The physios are professional and knowledgeable, and the front desk ladies do a superb job. They're friendly and whisk away your grizzly baby if need be. Great equipment too!

I've been attending Promotion for over a year now and I've never been to such a fantastic clinic. The physios are so attentive and supportive, even calling after tougher treatments to make sure you are okay. The office manager and girls at the front desk know every single client and make sure that you feel at home, even bringing you heat packs after treatment to make sure you leave feeling good! I would highly recommend the clinic for their attentiveness and effective treatment.

ProMotion provides me with an amazing combination of Pilates and Physiotherapy and keeps me moving. The staff go above and beyond to tailor their treatments to my specific needs and injuries. A special shout out to Lisa, Amanda, Trudi, Brielle, Stephanie and Ashlyn who make my life better.

The worst day spent in a physio centre with an unhelpful office manager who was reluctant to help and might be inexperienced for her role. I tried to explain to her about the 20% discount given to all new clients on first pilates appointment and she was reluctant to offer the discount to me. She was arguing her right and not concerned much about the customers opinion and feeling. Very insensitive and truly against what customer service is about. Client willing to pay $90 per hour for healing but getting unhelpful service in return is not worth it. Rather keep the money in your pocket. The Physiotherapist name Meaghan was very professional and helpful and knows what she is doing. Unfortunately, the front desk and administration service was a nightmare!

I have been attending PROmotion for a while now and have been extremely pleased with the high levels of customer service and professionalism that all staff members have shown me.
Nothing is ever too much trouble and all staff members are exceptional and experts at what they do.

Offering flexible appointment times means that I can fit my PROmotionappointments into my busy work days, something that not every business can offer. This is made easy by the excellent work of girls on reception.
