Staff are professional at all times. Unlike other agencies I've dealt with in the past.

Was placed in a role by Krysta. Tried to communicate concerns, couldn't get a call back or reply to several emails and messages regarding incorrect payslips and being grossly overtaxed. When I was finally able to connect with Krysta, no apology or customer service of any kind, rude and combative, argumentative and no accountability. Don't ever recommend you trust her with your livelihood or job search. Same for employers looking for staffing support.

I worked for Programmed Persol Kelly for over 3 Years.
All my assigned roles were long term (11 months or more) and all the clients were very happy with my performance and one kept me on an extra month though the main work had been completed. At my last job the client ended the casual role as they employed a full-time worker. Programmed then ghosted me. N nice reward for years of hard work and effort and the money they have made off my sweat been completed

Never bothered to investigate false accusations made about me by a BHP staff member that were not backed up with evidence. Solicitor says I don’t have any recourse since I’m labor hire but they have also not arranged the return of any of my belongings. The law states they can’t be forced to investigate and chances are they won’t bother. I would never recommend them and would happily provide my evidence to anyone who asks for it as it would have been considered unfair dismissal had I not been labor hire!
Apparently BHP staff are allowed to say what they want and it doesn’t matter if it’s the truth or not and you can prove it.

On Sunday 4th September at about 9.25am, I met your staff, Austin with the vehicle no. 1GJS841 or 1GJ5841 at Charles Patterson Park, Burswood. I approached him for assistance after finding out the floor at one shed was flooded with water and wet. He told me he would come back to clear the flooded area. He deserves my admiration for his hard work, dedication and excellent service returning to the shed to clear the flooded area as promised. Please convey my appreciation to Justin for the job well done.

Current FIFO worker with years of experience and applied for entry level haul truck position and even organised time off work to attend interview after attending a phone interview with programmed as well as a group Skype interview. I meet all criteria and apparently I went well at the assessment but I didn't get the job but no personal reference checks were conducted? I meet all criteria but not the decency to warrant a reference check? For my brother's and sisters out there go through a different first nations engagement team and you might actually get a "fair shake" because you won't with programmed. To get time off work and jump through all hoops and not even check my references is one of the most hurtful and disrespectful applications if not the most I've ever been through. Stay away from this mob.

Got me work quick smart, sorted out my pay when I messed up my back. Parkings a pain in the arse. All round good company.

I just had a electrical contractor from Programmed (Paul from Albany WA) do a job at my house to fix some fittings that were getting flooded with rainwater or were not working properly.

He was very polite and professional and treated me with respect.

Lack of communication. They forgot to send my email to an company for induction. Got it at last minute. Worked for a week. I looked on the roster on the app. Kept saying not rostered on. Still didn't paid for shifts

Couldn't run a lemonade stand only good at recruiting people then management forgets to pay you every week, also paid incorrect rate working long hours and having to chase your pay up constantly is how this disgraceful contractor operates.management just forgets about you sitting at their desk doing sweet FA

I wish there was a 0 star rating. I am young 18 year old uni student who has been manipulated and tricked by Programmed workers. They promised me a good secure job, however, they have tricked me and manipulated me and have not been working for the past 2 weeks. I was notified by Programmed and when I called their business, they kept telling me their workers are busy and can not speak to me. I highly recommend any young adults who want to move on their career to not trust or deal with Programmed as they falsify and manipulate you into doing work on their behalf and leave you in the rubbish when you need them most.

Have never heard back after signing up. Very unprofessional, don't answer phone calls or get back.

Unhelpful, if you tell the truth about past injuries, even if they cause no problems presently, expect no work
