On holiday in Australia and needed an interim haircut x 2. Contacted online, speedy response to query, appointment offered next day. Easy booking process and on arrival Sandy was friendly and listened to how we both have our hair cut and styled. Did a great job of cutting and gave good advice re new products.

I had my first appointment today and honestly couldn't not be happier! This is the first time I feel like I've properly been listened to when explaining what I'd like to have done to my hair in terms of cut! This was the first time I've ever had my hair cut dry and my gosh what a difference! Its exactly what I wanted and I felt like my hairdresser (sorry her name has left me!) Actually cared about making my hair look as good as it could! Really appreciate the effort! Will definitely be coming back again!

I came in to the salon and asked for highlights and a trim. I told the hairstylist exactly how much I wanted to cut off and she proceeded to cut of nearly triple what I asked! I’m extraordinarily distraught as I’ve always had long hair and it has never been so short. She also gave me the worst choppiest layers. The highlights were extremely lazily done and just sat on the top of my head. When I complained to Melissa and said I was unsatisfied with my appointment she was extremely hostile and rude. She didn’t offer any way to fix my hair except tried to book me in another appointment as if I’d let this place ever touch my hair again. Wouldn’t recommend this salon to anyone. So disappointed.

Such a wonderful place in the perfect location in Mandurah. Always clean and professional! All staff members are wonderful and friendly! Chloe always does my blond colour, she’s such a professional! To show everyone how brilliant the team here is, i'm going to be completely honest.

I had my hair done a week ago but unfortunately the end result wasnt 100% to my liking due to a couple of issues. I contacted Ivy and told her what i wasnt happy with and without hesitation or question, she moved heaven and earth to rectify these problems! Chloe and Ivy (who are amazing and very talented young women) organised to come in on THEIR DAY OFF, to fix up my hair to my liking. I was completely amazed that they opened up the shop just for me to have my hair corrected! Incredible!

I've never been given such a wonderful and professional welcome on both occassions as i have experienced here at the salon. On each occassion, i also had my 5 month son with me, which was never an issue for them, even when i had to change or breast feed him! (This is always a worry for me and my axienty when out in public!)

I can 100% gaurantee this salon WILL DELIVER AMAZING, FEEL GOOD, RESULTS! Thank you so much for all your hard work, paitence and understanding. Ladies, you are fantastic at what you do! See you again soon! THANK YOU!

I wasn't the ideal customer as I was unsure what I wanted, and after a lengthy chat with Melissa she hit the nail on the head! I absolutely loved the colours she put through my hair. The whole team were friendly, very professional and extremely knowledgable. Previously not a hairdresser fan (yep they would have guessed when they saw my hair), now, I couldn't highly recommend Melissa and her amazing Team, enough! Thanks guys.
