BUYER BEWARE! I went in for a refill of gel nails. It all started off well with one lady and then they changed ladies and thats when the horror started. She filed my nails to an inch of their life and it hurt like no one's business! She knew it too because I was grimacing and flinching and I told her to stop a couple of times, she didn't seem to care. In the end I came out with crooked filed nails and the cherry on top was that she charged me for a full set! I will never go back there. If you dont want your nails ruined dont go there

$50 pedicure. Burned tops of my feet with the light lamp. Woman couldn't communicate. Abrupt and rough handling. Will never go back.

Came in over the weekend with my partner to treat ourselves to a manicure. It was his first time in a nailsalon and I was excited for him to have his nails looked after, to get a hand massage and just relax. Unfortunately we didn't relax and didn't feel very welcomed either. Choosing to opt for a manicure and not shellac we were told repeatedly it wouldn't last. They were right, my partners nails were chipped by the end of the day and the polish on 2 of my fingers had completely come off in less than 24hrs. I recieved an amazing hand massage, my partner, had some moisturiser put on, a sparse rub and then told to wash his hands. We left underwhelmed and I'm disappointed I chose that salon to take my partner to. Oh well. The service was polite, the salon clean, and colour choices good.

Very rushed, had a "pedicure", felt no different or relaxed after, was 15 minutes.the "scrub" and "massage" was her wiping her hands over my feet. Had dried soap on my feet after. Very disappointing and not worth $40!

Showed them a picture of what I wanted (pink ombre french) was told they could do it, for my hens party. They charged me $85 for lumpy uneven orange ombre french (apparently nude but looks like nicotine stained nails) I'm devastated. Never had my nails done in a salon before and probably never will again. Daylight robbery!

Always go there for my pedicure and come out feeling pampered - great friendly service every time

Terrible! Worst experience I have had at a nail salon and would not recommend at all. Went in for a manicure and pedicure with shellac which you would assume would be completed separately as usual. No - whilst I was sitting down having my pedicure which was already being rushed another lady came over to start my manicure which was so rushed. She was pulling my arms across my body on the opposite side whilst I was in the pedicure chair to try and reach my nails. She then spilt the soak water all over my jeans and sat the UV lamp on my lap for my nails to dry in. My toenails were also shoved into a UV lamp which burnt the top of my feet constantly due to the way it was positioned. After everything my nails looked terrible. All utensils did not look to be sterilised either. I cannot believe a salon like this is actually open for business - worst customer service I have encountered in a long time unfortunately.

If I could give zero stars I would, all the colours I picked were all gone, so idk why they were still advertising it. When I had to choose a different polish I felt rushed. They wouldn’t let me look at my nails when they were cutting it to length, and they didn’t let me look at the colour of the polish before they continued painting. I paid $60 for acrylic nails that I could’ve gotten for $40. When I asked to change the colour I was told to pay $20 on top of the $60. I felt rushed throughout the whole experience. Wouldn’t recommend going back again girls save your $$.
I asked for a coffin shape and some of them are coffin but some are a rounded shape. The whole filing and cutting to size stage was so rushed. I also don’t see why she was rushing as they weren’t busy when I came. Seriously don’t waste your time here because I don’t believe they care about the customer’s feelings.

My partner was so excited to get her nails done as she's a nurse and can't get her nails done due to the job and she had the worst experience here ever. She wasn't given a say in the colour or length of her nails. When she requested a colour change as they rushed her to pick a colour she was told to pay $20 on-top of her $60 bill. She's so upset with the experience and the customer service was so unprofessional and they do not appeal to the customers feelings.

I’ve been to this place twice. The first time I didn’t pay too much attention to my own nails but I did with my sisters. She had the man who I think runs this place and as he was doing his nails we was watching the cricket at the same time! Looking the opposite way! He wasn’t even paying attention to what he was doing! I do remember getting lots of cuts from the filing though. My first time was pretty okay apart from that. Anyways, on my second time there I got my nails done by a lady, she didn’t ask what shape or length I wanted, she cut them herself deciding and then after she cut them she went, do you want them shorter? Like, what if I actually wanted them longer than that? She also put incorrect tip sizes on so they were hanging off my real nail. The filing was terribly done and my nails came out with cuts bleeding everywhere. The nails were also crooked and placed strangely. And oh god the paint job! She did it so fast and so bad! The nail polish didn’t even fully cover the acrylics on every side you could see the normal acrylic. Terrible terrible paint job. I couldn’t recommend this place to even my worst enemy. DONT GO HERE!

I went in on to get some sns on my natural nails and I got a lady who sat on the phone talking to her boyfriend half the time, the other half was her yelling across the room not sure what they were talking about because it was Vietnamese, which I find very rude. And then my nails turned out pretty bad she forgot to shape my nails on the left side and it is very uneven. She tried to fix them but failed and still charged me 50 dollars. Professionail is NOT professional at all. It’s been a week and they’ve already grown out. No carefactor I will never be going back here!

Disgusting customer service, picked a colour and as you know, colours often vary from palette to nail and this was the case so when I asked to change the colour as I was not happy with it, the girl turned around and said "no more next colour I'm painting" whatever happened to making the customer happy? Will not return ever!

Cash only for gift voucher which expires in 6 months. My money doesn't expire! $30 more for a long term nail polish. Wake up retailer, you're working with people who can go elsewhere for better value without restrictions.

I'm always guaranteed to be squeezed in for an impromptu appointment at this busy salon. Fast, efficient and beautifully finished nails on the go, every time! I have tried other places but go back again and again.
