I have recently organised a rental through here for my step son and his partner, both of whom are deaf, and so naturally communication is difficult and mainly done through myself.
The co operation I have had in dealing with this from Heidi and Jayde has been nothing short of fantastic. They have both acted with an extremely high level of empathy and understanding throughout and have followed up on everything they have said they would do and even to the extent of emailing me a revamped lease document at 9pm.now that what I call damn good service and a lot of other people could take a good lesson from these 2 young ladies.
I sincerely hope that they are both well looked after by their employers as they are worth their weight in gold and I would gladly recommend them to anyone.

Professional Respectful and Listens. Ronnie helped me sell my property and downsize into a unit. He listened to what I had to say and suggested options for my situation and I decided what I liked best. He is not pushy at all very caring quiet and respectful.
