Professionals Rockingham

Following the merger with The Professionals, Elders assumed the management of my property.

My dealings with Elders in the past few months have been highly disappointing, to say the least. The new agent required that we obtain indemnity insurance and also applied pressure on us to acquire public liability insurance, asserting that it was in our best interest. As the owners, we shoulder the risks and the financial repercussions in the event of a disaster, and we safeguard the agent from any monetary liability.

I do not require Elders Rockingham to dictate what is in my best interest. As the owner, we bear the ultimate responsibility, and I deem it unprofessional for Elders to impose their perspective on us.

This agent also intends to terminate the management agreement with us in a hasty manner. The least they could do is give us a call before sending us a written notice to end the management agreement. Are we not paying you to manage our property? Is that not the courteous and professional thing to do?

It is a rather displeasing experience to be instructed on what is in my best interest by someone who has little stake in the matter, to be dismissed by email, and to be bamboozled with corporate rhetoric.

We may pursue further action with Department of Commerce, WA.

Writing as an owner of property which is being managed.

My property is being managed/taken over by Elders.

Firstly, there were repair works which we requested, it was not carried out because the tradesperson was busy. Understandable. No follow up. I had to chase it twice over and still it is not done and never followed up by elders agents.

Secondly, they have insisted that I buy building insurance or otherwise I was given 3 days termination notice from them to find a new agent. I have multiple properties, and never have I had such a request from a managing agent let alone the aggressive nature of the request.

I would strongly advise avoiding using them for any leasing. I would not be surprised if you were selling you'd get the same treatment.

I have had an amazing experience with Jake King from Elders Rockingham with my recent property purchase and property rental. Jake had done a thorough inspection of the shortlisted properties and gave me the summary of the findings. This has assisted me in submitting right offer and securing the property. Jake is very professional and always happy to assist whenever I reach out to him. I would gladly recommend Jake if you were looking for PM in Perth.

I wish I could give more stars! I wish I could give Shaun MORE stars! Shaun kept in touch with me from beginning to end and made sure we were both ‘on the same page’. Zuvela has been my realestate agent for a few months now and since then we have worked through defective dish washers, rent changes, tenancy changes and defect rectification all whilst responding in a timely and efficient manner keeping both landlord and tenant in mind.

Joyful informative experience
Nellie was such a gem along the process of selling my first home, she knew understood how sentimental this property was to me and that it was my first time ever selling before! Nellie informed me of everything in an easy way for me to understand the enter process, ever question I had she answered genuinely & honestly. Not to mention her lovely personality we clicked right from the start! We achieved higher than anticipated so much quicker than I could process it! Sister has Been with them for years, Never missed a payment always maintained the properties more then was required. Not had any marks against her. Using my own money on some repairs to help her. No complaints from me or even asking for money. Owner sell the property and the professionals can’t help find a place for her, her two children with disabilities and our Disabled elderly father.
Very unhelpful would not recommend applying through The professional for a rental.

PS I have to give them a star to post.

Rental؜ Experience
I found dealing with professionals Rockingham very professional and stress free. From the home open where we inspected the property to the point of us been approved, their staff and property manager Molly during the inspection was very open, honest and forthcoming with answers to questions asked which did not set any unrealistic expectations our end. When we got approved for the property but got busy to make it to the office in time to pick up keys, they were very understanding, polite and respectful towards us and I feel very safe and comfortable already as a tenant under them.

Kyna was friendly, professional and helpful from the first viewing to settlement and beyond.
Nothing seemed to trouble Kyna and her communication throughout the entire process of purchasing our new home was second to none.
We would highly recommend Kyna for any real estate dealings. 5/5 great experience!

Our experience with the Professionals was exceptional especially our property manager Mandy who went over and above to help us with all the issues we had with tenants etc. Mandy always kept us informed with what was happening with the property and followed through with all the issues we had. Would definitely recommend them if owning a rental property to manage it for you.
