When selling a place in Willetton, I wouldn't go to anyone else but Don. He is friendly and honest and will do his best by you. He made things a lot easier for me to sell and buy a new home by making suggestions regarding finance which I had no idea about. Don went above and beyond in helping me with things that would make the house more sellable and we had so many groups of people (28 groups) come through to see the home and had an offer in the first weekend of home open. Don has also sold another property for me in Willetton back in 2012 and the sale of that home went very well and we got way over asking price at that time. Jayde Stuart has looked after my property for most of the past 2 years since I rented out my family home and moved to London. She has done an incredible job for me during that time. I have not been allowed to return to Australia at all since Covid first hit and we had the first lockdowns in the U. K.in March 2020. Please avoid this real estate as they have the most racist staff and they are not at all helpful.when you ask or tell them something they show you legal documents and send you unwanted notices.purely harassing international students and not understanding what they go through be foreign here.just avoid this one.

Extremely unhelpful property manager and they just harrass sending legal notices warning and right to intent and what not.the worst agency i have come accross in whole australia.
