I have done shellac, the nails were ruined in less than week. The service was horrible, rushed and there aren’t busy for have it as excused. Overpriced for poor service. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

I’m truly disappointed not only with the poor quality of my manicure today but also from the attitude of my nail technician that did my nails. My nails were uneven, lumpy, and patchy. I also requested oval as my nails were previously and she changed some to square and some to round. The nail technician only added an additional coat after I pointed out the issues and then she walked off and couldn’t be bothered filing the nails afterwards. She then complained to another nail technician named Hien that was doing my friend’s nails that doing an extra coat to fix my nails would mean that it would take longer for her to remove next time I came into the salon. She complained in Vietnamese not realising that I was fluent and could fully understand what she was saying. The ends of my nails were sharp and caught on my clothes and so she only filed my nails at the front counter where the till was when I showed her. When I pointed out the issues still present and showed her that there were bubbles, she denied it, rolled her eyes and walked away. I then asked to speak to the manager and she said there was none and then called over Jamy who then tried to convince me that it was glitter. They weren’t even the same across both hands and all nails. I said it really wasn’t normal or acceptable and then jamy offered to have the top coat redone to remove the bubbles however I chose not to because the original nail technician stood behind her scoffing at me the entire time and continued to give attitude. In all honesty, it was simply about an apology and acknowledging that there was an issue as this was really not up to standard. Disappointment in attitude, manners, service and skill is truly an understatement. I wish I had seen these reviews prior to my terrible experience.
I forgot to also mention that the nail tech did not use alcohol or the pusher to remove my previous shellac. She got the drill and removed it extremely roughly and at one point got a pair of tweezers and yanked out a whole line of nail.

Massage chairs are not working. Lady's needs to be much polite. Atmosphere is very poor. We pay money not for feeling miserable.

The therapist did a beautiful job of my manicure and pedicure even though they were very busy. Customers kept coming and they just kept working away. All the staff were friendly and kind and I enjoyed having a laugh with them.

The people working there are seriously unhappy. They never smile. The entire time they do your nails they never speak to you. Doing your nails used to be so relaxing and fun. Now it's just soulless.
Note - check they clean the Pedi spas and instruments they use.

I had a manicure although I only needed my cuticles trimmed, didn’t have my nails trimmed or filed/shaped. I also had normal polish but she put a clear layer first then 2 layers of colour then another layer of clear. I sat with a fan on them for about 10 minutes and they still weren’t dry. As I was leaving I bumped one when paying and she smoothed with her finger and put more clear on. About 4 hours later I cooked dinner and washed the dishes and it started wearing off. The staff here are not very friendly and I feel like I wasted my time and money.

I wish I had seen these reviews before going to this salon. I regretted my impromptu decision to get my toes painted with shellac when I was left with a lumpy, thick, uncured mess. I didn't realise until I had left the salon so I went back the next day and was met with very rude/abrasive staff when I requested a refund. The nail polish was literally peeling off. Eventually got my a refund after 10 minutes of back and forth with the owner but it wasn't worth the stress. I can definitely see why this is the worst rated salon in garden city.

The lady even forgot to put a top coat on of my nails and now that nail is all smudged.

Distracted operator who spent more time at the counter and dealing with other problems. Filing erratic and different shapes. Left us to “dry” without any indication as when to leave. Nail shape pathetic!

Worst experience ever. Wish I read all the reviews before going in. The shellac that was put on my feet is extremely uneven. It was so thick when it was applied and no care was taken to try and make it look even. The worst part was when she started cutting on the side of my nails and pulling. I’ve never had this happen before and now I have two nails that are infected. I’m not sure how this place is still open with this many bad reviews.

Absolutely aweful. Most of my nails are crooked. Hairs coming off my nails. The lady continued to file my nails are they were painted and not fully dry. Not to mention the worst paint job I’ve ever seen. Polish uneven looks like a 4 year old child did it. Don’t come here.

I'm not sure how this place is still open with these reviews. I wish I had of read them first before coming. I came in on new years eve. I had been so busy with the festive season that I let my nails go a bit. Given it was new years eve I didn't think I would get in anywhere - I had already tried three other places in varying locations.but was doing shopping and on my way out the store wasn't to busy so asked for a new set of acrylics. I sat down and was given the remover to start soaking them off. Brilliant I thought. As they weren't just going to rip my nails off.but boy was I wrong. My nails hadn't even been soaking for 2 minutes when a lady came over and ripped my hands out of the bowl. The first nail she clipped she cut all the way back to my skin and then ripped it off. I was bleeding and in pain. Told her what she had done and no response. She continues to cut and then got another fake nail she used to rip off all my other acrylics. Leaving one of my pinkies with no nail as she ripped almost the ENTIRE real nail OFF my skin! No sorry again. I'm sitting there. Clearly in pain. Clearly pregnant at 34 weeks.it was to late for me to back out. So I sat there and thought surely it can't get much worse. My nails were done. All to different lengths. She never checked them against each other. Once painted they were then filed and not left to dry properly. To the point there was literally polished coming off on the file. They also have no proper hand wash that is designed to kill germs. I walked out paying SEVENTY ONE DOLLARS. The most expensive I have ever paid! I was dumbfounded and just paid and walked out. I have now battled with an infected finger for the last 4 days where my nails was ripped off. Swollen. Extremely hot to touch. And 34 weeks pregnant. I have been getting my nails done for 5+ years and never experienced anything like this in my life. This place needs to close down!

No sterilisation of equipment. $45 shellac manicure with no hand lotion or oil on nails afterwards.

I love this place staff are really nice and kind would recommend, i got a lovely set from here and they never seem to disappoint

Will not be going back to this place at all! She was very rough and rushed through doing my nails, my skin near my nails have been cut and basically filed down my skin instead of the nail. All nails are uneven, didn’t speak at all and if she did it was very rude. Wish I read all the bad reviews before going in.

Whilst the lady did take care with manicuring my cuticles, the colour application and end results speak for themselves. I really wish I could attach a pic but take my word for it.it sucks. As soon as I came home I scrubbed my toes to 'clean up' the mess. Oh and the 1 min half hearted leg/foot massage sealed the deal. Unfortunately I did not want to offend the nail salon so paid and walked out. Will not be returning and will also definitely not be recommending them to anyone. At $55 of my hard earned money, I refuse to accept this poor standard of service. Of course you be the judge.

I went in for a pedicure and arcylic nails and had to pay $165 for a mediocre job.

They don’t provide a price list for a reason so they can slap you with an unexpected and unreasonable cost for a service that’s below average.

I had over 5 different Staff members attend to me while I was in the salon. Throughout the experience there were staff members talking in Vietnamese and I firmly believe they were talking badly about me as they pointed at my hands and feet and body. When I eventually asked if there was something wrong (cause they were pointing at my body parts) I was told that “they were asking for a lift home”

For the cost they charge you think the quality and service would be much better. I felt uncomfortable being there & The designs on my finger nails aren’t even or well done. The lady who is front of house & I’m assuming is manager or owner is very rude.

Would avoid if possible and go somewhere at least with a price list so you don’t get ripped off like I did

Never heading back - used being busy as an excuse for messy, uneven nails (then continued to say yes to every woman that walked in although clearly full) and tried to leave them as done in their terrible state until I said something. You can do your own nails better than here so save your money

The service is always amazing, they are very responsive to messages. They are always very delicate during pedicures and their nail set is stunning.

Was recommended this place by my friend. I went to get my nails done and painted and very pleased.
