I was at Whiford City Shopping Centre at the time and needed a refill so decided a spontaneous visit at Professional Nails. But I wish that I would’ve read the reviews before coming here.

After being told to sit down anywhere no one came up to assist me then I noticed a few customers who came in after me and they got served which I was then looking around and think one of the nail technician noticed and said to me “Someone will be with you shortly” she then spoke to another nail technician in Vietnamese not knowing that I was Vietnamese myself, then she came and slammed down in front of me the basket and told me to pick a colour.

I then had an older nail tech come over, she didn’t say anything, pulled her chair out and tapped the arm cushion telling me to place my hands out. She then started to complain in Vietnamese to the nail tech next to her and mumbling. She kept griping onto my finger, pushing my other fingers away and telling me to relax my finger. Then next minute while she was using the nail drill she got my skin and it started bleeding then she got frustrated at me and told me “You need to stop moving and stay still” didn’t even apologised cause it was me that “moved”.

Then before she painted my nails I was saying to her that this particular finger was longer and ask her to please file it down then she said “You need to relax your finger. That’s why one long one short” this is when she started talking in Vietnamese again telling the other nail tech that I was demanding and saying not sure if she was going to charge me $50 or $55 because I was being so demanding. Again not knowing that I can understand her.

When I went to pay she told the young nail tech to charge me $50 in Vietnamese, then when the young nail tech got to the counter the nail tech that did my nails yelled out $55 in Vietnamese. The young nail tech then said “$55 please. ” Then I question her in Vietnamese and said why did she say $50 to you at the start then changed to $55 last minute? She looked at me in shock cause I was able to understand and speak Vietnamese this whole time. She then charged me $50.

Anyway it was a bad experience for me and I wouldn’t recommend.

I was so excited to get my nails done here. I came in and asked for acrylics and the lady rudely told me to sit down and rushed off. I sat there for 15 minutes and was completely ignored whilst three other women who were after me in the line were served. I waited another 10 minutes after being walked past and ignored another 6 times and I decided to get up and leave. I felt so disrespected and upset and feel like I was ignored because I had my work shirt on so they would have had to give me a discount. I tried to get the lady's attention several times but they continued speaking in their own language and ignoring me. Rudest nail salon I have ever been too and totally unprofessional despite their brand name!

Steer clear! These people are dishonest.had a $40 pedicure then charged me $50 @ pos.citing Shellac Pedicure which i didnt request or not even sure if thats what she used. Never going back!

I have gone here twice and have loved the results of my acrylic nails each time. The lady who served me was very polite and gentle, definitely would recommend.

Not happy at all with my pedicure. The lady was nice enough until she was laughing at my toes, and then didn’t remove all of the existing gel polish before painting over. One toe is quite darker, when I asked them to fix it I was basically told “They couldn’t see it so they wouldn’t fix it. ” I’m on holiday at the moment so didn’t use my normal lady back home and have so many regrets! In my experience if a customer says they aren’t happy, then you fix the issue. All I asked for was a repaint of one toe and was made to feel stupid.

Absolute worst nail experience I’ve ever had. Only been here once and never going back. The wait was long, which is usual for salons so I was fine with it. But then there was absolutely no care or common sense in regards to my nails. I got a full set of coloured acrylics and most weren’t the right size for my fingers so there was still natural nail showing, the filed the nails down way shorter than I originally asked for and caused one finger to bleed and then when I woke up the next day (my nails were finished at 8.45pm on Thursday) multiple fingers were bubbly, paint chipped and a weird grey line formed around multiple fingers.
I went back to ask for a refund and removal, which they wouldn’t do but they did offer to repaint the affected nails for free. Great! Mistakes happen, I’m fine with that.
The repair just resulted in more issues. Large areas where they didn’t do enough coats so the colour is patching and they started filing every single nail so now all of the nails I didn’t go in to get repaired have paint missing around the edges.

Multiple nail salons at Whitfords, and given that I’ve never had this type of service before I’m willing to bet you’re safer going to another store.

Le was so wonderful with my nails, she paid EXTRA attention to what I wanted and made sure I was fully satisfied, her attention to my nails went above and beyond to perfect them. EXTREMELY happy with her service:)

Worst experience of my life.firstly waited for at least 20 minutes for them to start my nails.i asked for french acrylics but the lady just stuck a white tip on my nail put acrylic on top and i was finished.they look absolutely horrible.when filing my nail she was being so harsh causing me to have a large cut on my finger.didn’t even apologise.this is the worst set of nails i have ever had.the lady was extremely rude and showed no care in doing a good job.don’t go here

Wish I read the reviews before going here. Terrible service. The lady made my fingers bleed and the side one of my nails is already cracked, 3 hours after having them done. They obviously use cheap nasty products too as my fingers were burning for a long time afterwards. Do not go here!

STAY AWAY! If you value your Nails, your money and your time, STAY AWAY from these Cowboys. They have no interest in your (nail) well-being just the dollars! Hygiene & Customer satisfaction a very distant second and third to their payment…. STAY AWAY!

My usual nail place was booked and I needed my nails done urgently for an event that day. I’ve been getting acrylics for almost a decade and this was the worst experience I’ve ever had! The girl jerked my hand around so much I thought she was going to break my wrist. Even worse, she cut my cuticles so deep that my finger became super infected to the point I couldn’t sleep at night due to the pain and had to be seen by a doctor. I wish I read the reviews before I went here!

After awful service in a different nail salon in Joondalup 6 weeks ago.

Terrible service, nail art looks nothing like picture and when I went in later to complain they said it wasn’t their work on the acrylic nails they did! Totally denied! Blah!

Terrible experience! Kelly was super grumpy and pushed my hands when they required to go in the dryer. She muttered “pick colour” and that was it. Clearly needs a new job!

Only been here once and never going back!
They were rude, rushed and had a lack of care.
Multiple times they clipped my cuticles which made them bleed and even drilled down my nail bed until only skin was left.
When I tried to tell her she’s hurting me she didn’t care and continued, she then proceeded to put acrylic on my exposed nail bed.
Stay away if you want your nails intact when you leave!

Just had the best experience at professionail! The lady who did my nails was so sweet and did an amazing job aswell as the lady who did my pedicure! Very chatty and overall a wonderful experience

I had a pedicure which was quite nice as the chair i was sitting in had a massage facility. The treatments were same as anywhere else, not special. $60 which I found more expensive than a couple of other places but its in a shopping centre so I expected it.

I mean, i do i love my nails are done okay and look great, but about four of them have a cut and bleeding and a few are red from the filing.was just done carelessly to be honest. Nice service though and kind people.

Went for a refill today and was very disappointed, the tech cut one of my fingers and did not apologise. The lady was nice enough and spent a lot of time shaping my nails but all of my nails are painted poorly and are already chipped considering she spent so long doing them- won’t be going back don’t waste your money here
