I went to see Aaron because I’d experienced several aggravations of an old back injury over the past few years.
My goal was to both address my pain at the time, and also reduce the likelihood of future recurrences. I found Aaron to be friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He provided hands on treatment, as well modified strengthening and stretching exercises I was already doing to much better target the area concerned. Seen Luke after an ankle injury he had a great deal of knowledge and was very helpful with recovery.

Luke had a good range of exercises for recovery and building stability back in my ankle he has a hands on approach to physiotherapy and knows how to push you to get the best possible results.

Saw both Aaron and Luke. Both were very helpful and the treatment went well. Also have an exercise programme to follow which is working well.

Aaron Thomas is an awesome physio. He is the best and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I am a fanatical cyclist and have seen many physios, so I have a basis for comparison. Aaron is a sports specific physio with great knowledge and is very practical. He has worked with a number of sports teams in the past and this comes through in his understanding, rather than some physio that has read about it in a book. He designed injury specific excercises for me which got me back at my former level. The front office staff are very helpful too (Zoe).

Aaron has been very flexible and available to help me through my rehab process and has a wealth of knowledge that he articulates very well.
