You have managed the tenancy efficiently and effectively according to regulations and with fairness towards both tenant and landlord. My only regret is that we have ended a valued professional relationship after only one year. Your company is rock solid reliable fully trustworthy and a pleasure to interact with. I also thank Daina for setting up the business relationship which began well and has exceeded my expectations.

Amber was the estate agent I had the pleasure of dealing with. Not only was she thorough and professional but she went above and beyond for my son who was struggling to find a rental in this current climate. Amber was very responsive across all our dealings, but moreso, she was kind and thoughtful and showed real empathy.
It's rare in today's world to come across a business where you feel 'seen' as a consumer. Sadly, its become the exception not the rule. I'm happy to say that Primus Realty is the exception.

Dealt with Primus in relation to my investment property in East Perth. I found Amber and her team extremely professional, efficient and prompt in all aspects. Attention to detail is their forte!

Although we paid around $600 to the cleaner to clean everywhere of the property inside and outside, we received an email from the property manager / Daina a day before cleaner start the job including we have to pay extra money to the cleaner for tile and grout cleaning and cleaning the yard / sweep up of leaves and tidy garden beds and remove dead foliage at plants, she gave us lots of stress and panic and made us so nervous, I had to discuss to my wife and the cleaner, cleaner was so sad to hear that and told me I have not visited the house yet, why she sent you this email! And she said as I talked to you guys before I will clean everywhere in the property, do not worry at all.
From the early days we settled in the property (a tiny and old house) the yard was full of leaves everywhere, dirt and splash everywhere on the windows and inside and outside the house full of roaches everywhere specially inside the store room so that we could never put our stuff inside the store room, the watering pipe inside the yard to watering plants did not work and we notified them about this issue, all in all we raised these issues to them many times but they never paid a serious attention and solution for them, finally she hold our deposit only for one missing clip of rod for blind in the bedroom! I am really disappointed and frustrated with the way she behaved us, she does not care about tenant rights and satisfaction, apart from lack of professional attitude and cooperation with the tenant, she was just looking for some excuses in the property to deduct money from our deposit and hold it.

We engaged Primus to manage our rental property after switching from another company, and we are very glad we did. From the start there was great communication and a proactive approach - any issues were brought to us promptly and with a clear solution. Everyone in the team was professional and friendly to deal with, and I would have no hesitation recommending them to a friend.

We just moved to Perth, and the team at Primus Realty made our rental search a really nice experience. They’ve been very helpful, gone out of their way to clarify points to support our application, and supported us with a suitable move in date. They managed a property for me for a number of years. There is a lot of terrible property managers out there. So the bar is quite low to be even just half good. Primus were really good and exceeded my expectations. Any issues were dealt with reasonably well and didn't require to much on my side.

Highly recommended. What a great Team at Primus Realty. All staff are well experienced with excellent customer service and rest assured you will be well looked after. Excellent attention to detail managing properties and tenants.

I strongly suggest limiting all phone conversations and having all communication in written form to avoid legal issues and threats. The pretentious owner and management will use any tactic in an effort to scare you or quickly squeeze money from your wallet.

Please look into your rental rights and what you are entitled to as a tenant. They will use your rights against you yet completely abusing their rights as real estate agents.

If you are a tenant, ensure you are provided a rental contract, contact information is exchanged, double and triple check that all your rental payments are logged and receipt provided and bond is not kept any where else besides the bond administrator. Keep away from these money hungry pests! We are now dealing with SOCO Realty - actual professionals who care about their tenants.
