Had a bad experience in the past with an employment agency. So at first I was apprehensive about the job I had applied for.
But after speaking with Jocelyn via video call, I felt reassured that this experience wouldn't be a repeat.
My application was made pretty simple despite a small hiccup on my end.
And after my first day, Jocelyn had called to check in and see how it all went. And has continued to answer any question that have come up for me.

The experience I have had with prime recruitment has been wonderful from day one. My recruiter Jocelyn is friendly, easy going and helpful to communicate with. She has been the best person to speak to by far when it comes to anything work related. She keeps me up to date and checks on me with how I’m going at my work and if there’s any issues she’s there to give me advice and help me out. I would recommend prime to anyone looking for work. Wont apply through this agency anymore thats for sure spoke to Courtney in the Perth office and her tone sounded like she didn't want nothing to do with my resume. Yes I've been out of work for awhile so probably alot of people and my resume was updated and im working doing something completely different but want warehousing work she sounded rude. What do applications say an eye for detail and she has a nerve to tell me to update my resume read them properly its bad enough people are struggling has it is and yes with my experience I should have some so.ething by now agencies are ruining this country and she hung up abruptly.

I was struggling with finding a proper office job in 2021 and Craig trusted me and gave me the opportunity to work as a temp staff for one of his client after I applied to one of his job ad on Seek. The job was a life saver for me back then and I ended up being offered a full time role from that client after working for them over 2 months. I have now worked for that same company for over a year and I appreciated every single bit this role has taught me. I highly recommend Craig and Prime Recruitment's service. As long as you have the right mindset and willing to put the effort in to skill up yourself, you will find the support invaluable.

Good placement with minimal hassle; I appreciated the personal touch and always felt supported.

This company is not complying with legal policy. Beyond that there are offering position constently underpaid.

They are always "missing" hours on payslip or using wrong taxbracket.

Each time you have to send them an email with all the detail and show them where they are wrong. In other word you have literally to do they're job.

Especially if you are a foreigner, be careful, they will use your lack of knowledge and confidence to exploit you.

Everything about this place is awful. Treat staff lile slaves. Very bad for mental health. Management should be ashamed.

Went for interview and never got contacted again. Emailed and called for some advice and still got nothing. Terrible recruitment place.
