Josh came in, introduced himself & got on with investigating the problem. He identified the issue very quickly & provided well-appreciated feedback on the most suitable replacement tap set from the options that my wife had bought.
After replacing the tap he very generously took the time to provide advice on replacing the ensuite toilet (please provide a quote) & also measured the water pressure (which is low).
I have no hesitation in recommending Josh & Prime Plumbing to anyone who wants prompt, professional service when anything plumping is required.

We had a small gas leak that was difficult to detect even with gas sniffing equipment.
Prime Plumbing came to the rescue promptly because our server disconnected our gas while we were out - not great late in the afternoon.
Taking the advice offered and isolating sections the leak was promptly
found and repaired.
We have now used Prime Plumbing for our bathroom & laundry renovation. Service was prompt and when arranged, of good quality.

I had a slow drainage issue and the plumber arrived on time at 7am. He looked at the flow from the showers and indicated that the drainage pipes were not wide enough to take the large shower heads, hence the slow drainage. The plumber was courteous and informative plus I was not charged for the visit. I would recommend Prime Plumbing for any domestic plumbing needs.
