30 Due to quirky sleep patterns, l travel with a special pillow but left it upon check out. I understand the owner took it upon herself to mail it. Most impressed. Thanks also to Tracy n Sue for the follow up.

My wife and I stayed at Prideau's over the long weekend and we couldn't fault our room! Location was great. The room layout was well thought out and very spacious plus the spa was amazing! We have already recommended Prideau's to our friends and family and we hope to stay there again on our future visits to Margaret River!
David was exceptionally pleasant to deal with and helpful in all aspects required. Our stay was relaxing and comfortable. The room was superbly clean and updated. Thank you!
Quiet, comfortable and in the centre of town. The host David allowed us to check in 3 hours early, huge help. Great place to stay.

Just back from 3 nights stay, certainly exceeded our expectations. Fantastic location in town, accommodation clean and well equipped. Owners super friendly and happy to make recommendations on what the area has to offer. Will definitely return and recommend to friends.

David is probably the most accommodating owner you’ll ever meet! Super friendly and inviting.
The units are great open plan style, parking is close just down a flight of stairs. Very clean, very comfortable place to stay. Easy 5x
David the owner seems like a nice guy however that's where my review positively ends.
We have stayed with Prideau's in the past however never again. The rooms need a update especially the bathroom areas. The shower head is a disgrace you either got no pressure or too much which blasts outside the shower screen making a mess.
The daily cleaning is a joke, some days you get things other days you dont, nothing is consistenant. Also don't go out buying anything frozen before checking the freezer we had to throw some local made speciality ice cream away due to this.
However don't even for 1 second think about complaining, you will get a defensive idiotic lady at reception defending herself and make out it's your fault. Yes we know how to adjust a fecking dial in a freezer it's your feezer that's broke and cost me money. Then again given the state of the place I'm now not surprised.
Also bring your own toilet paper as you don't get refills, again bad consistent maid/house keeping. The worst in the many places I've stayed over my travelling life.
And 1 final thing, learn about the websites that do bookings on your behalf before making out we haven't paid. This was the most funniest thing of all. David knew but the hostile woman at the counter doesn't. Again customer service the biggest let down
Avoid, much better accommodation around. I certainly will stop being a repeat customer.
