Priceline Rockingham

Thank you so much to Millie (I think that’s what her name badge said) @ Priceline in Rockingham Centre. I went in there today to enquire about some skincare products for blemishes. Millie knew exactly what I needed and certainly had an extensive range of knowledge of the skincare products! Its actually so refreshing to walk into a place and have someone know exactly what you need! And as for the products she recommends! I have literally just used both after a shower and within minutes (NOT EXAGGERATING) the blemishes on my chin have started to fade dramatically! Thank you so so so much Millie, i have been trying to find something that works for aaaagesss now and have spent hundreds of dollars doing so! If anyone has the same issue with breakouts and minor acne scarring these products are the go! Priceline you should look after this member of staff as she really went above and beyond for me today! Thank you <3

Attended the "Half Price " sale.signs EVERYWHERE, except when I paid for my Revlon purchase, I was charged the full price. When I queried the price I was told that the item HAD been discounted. I paid the amount charged but when I checked online, the price was thesame as all other shops in the area. A bit dishonest OR the staff member lied.

Great store. Was there to purchase some products for the wife, but I didn't what I was looking for, except for a poor screenshot from my phone as the only guide.

I asked the staff for help, which they were glad to do so, showing them the items on the phone's screen. The wife advised that I needed to purchase her items as they meet a threshold that is required to receive a promotional item at the time for babies. She said that the total amount was approximately $45 but when I went to the checkout with the items selected by staff, it was only $33. To be eligible for the baby box promo, I had to spend at least $39, so the staff was happy to give it to me anyways.

Later when I was at home, the wife advised that one of the creams that was picked up for me was incorrect and half the price that it needed to me, hence the $12 difference in value. Oh well.

Overall, a nice store with friendly staff who do their best for their customers.

Always has good prices on cosmetics, has good sales, clean store, well set out so you can easily find products, lovely staff!

I do my online ordering from here if not available at Albany store. They are very helpful and friendly

Bought a face mask click and collect this morning. Arrived at the store to be told they didn't have any. Lady was nice and offered a refund but Priceline needs to fix their website.

Great customer service, was shown straight to the product I was after. Greeted upon entry and very professional.

They had sold out of the product we were looking for, but they happily sent us to a competitor to make sure we got what we needed. It's obvious they value customer service. Will definately be returning here for other products if this is how they treat customers!

Not much help.had to tell them " you have it in your store" I found it on my own.the Girl sayed I should go to the Shampoo shop

Middle of moving everything around and did not have full range of "my perfect" It was not easy to find at all.

Always have stock! Always caring happy, helpfull staff and love love love the half price sales on cosmetics!

They seem to sell out of popular cosmetic items pretty frequently which shouldn't be a surprise. But it's disappointing to look on the website, see what you want, and then when you go in store they have maybe one of the five items you wanted.
The staff are lovely though so it's got that going for it.

I love this place! They always have great specials and service. Also I like the loyalty program they have. This is the only place I buy all my cosmetics.
