Absolutely useless.

We visited Sunday 3rd Nov as my fiance needed to purchase some prescription medicine. We were told it would take 10 mins to get the medicine. 10 minutes to pick some medication off the shelf? Fair enough. We can back in 5 mins and the pharmacist said "Hi, how may I help you. " We had just been in the shop. Surely people don't forget faces that quickly? I was also advised by my other half that the prescription medicine was double compared to where she would pay elsewhere.

In addition, I asked the pharmacist for some advice. This pharmacist who appears to have been born yesterday was completely unwavering in the provision of the poor advice he provided to me. He wasn't listening at all to my request.

While the front desk staff appeared professional and friendly, I honestly don't believe your pharmacist who was working on the afternoon of the 3rd November has any of the requisite skills to be standing behind the counter, be it personal skills, technical skills or otherwise. He needs some more training or alternatively, let him go.

Much better at this pharmacy then The discount drugstore near Coles. Found Priceline cheaper and all staff very friendly and helpful. A lot more of a range and there over the counter medicine very reasonably price.

This is our preferred pharmacy. Pharmacist Elle is particularly excellent and remembers us! However, all staff are helpful, friendly, polite, efficient. They've almost always had what we need, but they also have a solution to resolve the two occasions when they haven't. Thanks guys for great service.

I went into Priceline today for a few things but I needed help in finding them. I was standing in the shop waiting for the workers to stop with their social lives, then I saw one walking so I quickly ran to her asked but she was too busy to help me so I left the store without purchasing anything.

Staff friendly, I had quick service and there's a large range of products on offer. Love a visit here with my girlfriend.

Staff always watch me walk around the shop but never approach to help. Feel like a criminal so stopped going.

I paid for a medical certificate and she ask me to see a doctor which cost me 30 dollar. Do not go to this shop for a medical certificate. Wish I could give a zero star

Been using them for years and have spent thousands on prescription drugs there. All of a sudden they started increasing prices (40 percent in some cases), and were evasive and arrogant in trying to justify. They've lost my business.

I'm frequently in the Waterford Pharmacy as my wife has brain cancer & I think the pharmacy staff are great. The pharmacists always try to have scripts ready & go out of their way to explain best way to take any new drugs. The service staff are always friendly & helpful. Like anywhere things slow down when it gets busy but that's to be expected.

The hours on your website for Sunday trading are incorrect. It's not very helpful putting a printed sign on the window saying you are now opening at 10am on Sundays. Would be better if you updated your website to reflect this.

Like other reviewers I've also found dispensing extremely slow here.

The pharmacists are amazing. Caring, informative and willing to spend extra time explaining or discussing your medication issues. General staff are also very helpful and pleasant.

Great service. Medications are very cheap compared to other pharmacies. Wide range of products available. Will keep coming back here and would recommend to everyone.
