Priceline Pharmacy Lakelands

Decent range and prices but lack of staff, had staff walk past multiple times when trying to pick correct product and when i went to pay i had to wait nearly 5 minutes for someone to come to front counter

Attended today and was seen by Jade and pharmacist who was called over by Jade to help answer my questions on a skin issue I was having with my child. The pharmacist is extremely knowledgeable, very kind, engaging and very thorough, going above and beyond to help answer my questions and brainstorm with me. Jade is a very friendly, very approachable and warm person. A very professional team. Thank you!

Put in a prescription 4 weeks ago told me it was going to take a week they messaged me it was not available then no communication until I rang them they told me the drug was expected in the middle of September still no contact, I have chronic pain and medical canabis was a last resort very poor service I spoke last with a pharmacist who was standing in and he admitted it was a very poor performance, still no contact, wouldn't trust your elderly parants to this pharmacist.

Excellent service from all, Rachel definitely is very conscious and knowledgeable. Highly Recommended

Went into get advice from the makeup artist on what I should buy she was amazing her name was mia, she went beyond with recommending me what I should buy she was so helpful.shes so friendly and nice.would definetly.recommend seeing her.

Rachael definitely knowledgeable #1 for customer service looks out for the customers interest. Was very disappointed on Saturday with the service and attitude of a particular staff member. If you are busy helping someone else please just say you are and i will attend to you asap and i am happy to wait
But to be blatantly rude and click your fingers at another staff member to get s move on with your request.not on. Very disappointed.

Hats off to Ros one of your staff.she was informative and knowledgeable when helping me with makeup. I ended up with the BEST combination EVER and have a natural (and flattering) look that I love.

I had the best experience today at Lakelands Priceline Pharmacy, at age 45, I love makeup and buy it often but I didn't feel judged or ignored like I have been at other Priceline Pharmacies. I will be back to your store very soon. Thank you and well done to staff.

The staff are always ahead in their service. Called them today for husband's prescription to be ordered and got a surprise that they have already done it and ready to be picked up. Well done Priceline Pharmacy Lakelands!
