Amazing customer service. They went above and beyond to help me with a prescription today and I really appreciated the efforts! Thank you again! I've been shopping here for over 2 years and the staff are always helpful and friendly.

Mixed experiences here, some front service staff are emotionally unstable and rude so I avoid them when I return, and literally get in and out.the staff at the back are good though. Once you get to know them they are kind and caring.

A lady came up to me and my friend and said that we were swearing too much and that older people were here. When first of all we weren’t swearing to the point where someone needed to tell us off, we were not speaking loud and second of all it is not your business to discipline someone on the way they speak, especially when we are over the age of 21. Plus there was only 2 other people in the store and the fact that her coworkers who were around our age were openly talking about non related work things and were not themselves 100% PG, but she had a problem with us as customers. Embarrassing. Will not be coming back again.

As a franchise you should train your staff to let customers know the return policy of baby formula.not only was i not informed upon buying this product, but just have your staff point to the return policy sign and pretty much say tough luck.we cant do anything about it.

I am extremely upset at the way I was treated by security/Priceline. It felt very targeted. I have sensory issues due to a heath condition, making the environment of a shopping center hard to navigate, with the bright, lights, lots of people and different sounds

I haven't been able to leave my house in a month due to crippling anxiety and I chose to go to Priceline beacuse there was a half price sale on and I really needed some skincare and makeup products, staff asked if I needed help and I politely said no. I kept getting looked at by staff which was making me very uncomfortable and embarrassed. I don't have a lot of money so I wanted to make sure I was getting all the right products as I don't often get to buy beauty products. My husband was coming in and out the store to help me through my anxiety so I didn't have a panic attack but he didn't want to stay there as I was going to take some time, I understand that me taking so long could look suspicious and when security interrogated my husband and checked our bags and found northing. I should of been left to shop in peace and staff keeping an eye subtely If they felt like it was needed.

The staff continued to stare very obviously and follow me around. A security guard then came to talk to me and I explained that I had been in there so long beacuse I was buying lots of different products and he asked what I had and I showed him, he was aboustley not social distancing from me which made me feel unsafe due to covid fears. Staff also were NOT keeping distance from customers at all.

He expressed concern over how long I had been there and I had explained myself, I was obviously very anxious and he then said "just know you're being watched" and stood at the front and staff continued to watch me and I started crying as I felt embarrassed. I didn't get to finish my shop as I was finding it very hard to not have a panic attack, I was feeling really judged.
There is nothing wrong with being in a shop for two hours when you planning to buy atleast 20 products and after my husband was checked I should of been left alone. Security said they were trying to not make a big deal as if they were doing me a favor by not throwing me out.

I was tearful and went to pay for my items because I couldn't stand to be in there anymore, I was so embarrassed I felt less than human, I was definitely not treated as a customer. I didn't get everything I needed unfortunately.

As I was paying for my items, tearful, looking down in embarrassment the security guy comes up to me again even though I had been watched the whole time and checked my bag. I started bawling as I was already feeling really upset due to other life issues and this pushed me into a breakdown.

Please think about the way you treat your customers and think about how they are feeling, sure keep an eye if you feel you need to what happened to me was not okay I was obviously extremely distressed. I think the staff need to do some sensitivity training, I wasn't the only person in there for a long time but I was the only person targeted.

Thank you to the man serving meame the counter, he was very nice to me and offered me a tissue which made me feel human.

I appreciated the security guard saying sorry as I l left almost running out of Kingsway feeling really upset and embarrassed, for doing nothing wrong, I was only polite when questioned.

I ask all staff to please consider how someone might be feeling, I have a lot of issues with self esteem and I felt like trash to these people when I was paying customer

I have been going to this Pharmacy for a long time and all the staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful.

When l visit this store, the staff always welcome you by your name and always ask how the other family members are.

I will always return back to there store because I will always get excellent service.

We went to there today to have our flu shots. I was extremely impressed by the professionalism and the steps that were taken to make you feel safe within their shop, I would like to thank the staff and wish them all the best. Thanks for being on the front line.

This is MY pharmacy. They go outta of their way to help me and my family. They are understanding and all the staff know me and my family and greet us by name.

There are other pharmacies closer to my house but I will gladly go out of my way to do business with Priceline Pharmacy and its proprietor Rick Chen. I wish more pharmacies were so understanding of the human aspect of pharmaceutical business. They make every effort to keep my cost low.

As well as being a pharmacy, they have a great selection of beauty products and services. This allows my wife to shop for cosmetics and I get to save money on my cologne and shaving supplies. As member of their Sister Club, I get a quarterly rebate which allows us to save that extra bit more.

If you are looking for friendly honest service, please patronize Priceline Pharmacy Kingsway, and be sure to tell them that Marqus sent you.

The staff there are tyring their best to help.they dont push the expensive things to you, but they give you something that works on you.

The staff very helpful and give you the exact advice
I have problem with my hand and my skin is very dry and start cracking until bleeding sometimes and is just awful and pain, than I came in asked for the right hand cream. The lady told me to use some stuff (though hand cream) than first thing first when I wake up in the morning (before the activity) I have to use the other cream (something C51 or I couldn't remember) than my hand start getting better in 5days (wow). See, they not just tell you to get a normal hand cream that doesn't help the problems.
And I am glad and very thankful for their advice and help. Very satisfying chemist and well done to y'all
