Priceline Pharmacy Karrinyup

The profiling for teenage girls about shop lifting is absurd. My daughter was walking around the store finding products for her two younger sisters for Christmas when she is first approached by a Priceline worker asking if she needs a basket and she politiely declined because her hands are capable of carrying items. This same Priceline worker follows her around the store with the security guard. Who both are now following my daughter as she looks for me around the store. This behaviour is disgusting. Profiling someone for how they look and their age is dehumanising and disgraceful. Shame on you. I will be in contact with head office.

My friend was accused of stealing although she bought the product from another store. I understand if they wanted to check the cameras but they didn't even apologize after #speakingfromtheheart

My friend was accused of shop lifting an item she had bought from big w not only did they hold us up but when they realised she hadn’t stolen they didn’t apologise and rudely told her to buy a bag at the store it was bought from next time.

Yesterday I went into this store and was accused of shoplifting for a product I had previously bought at big W. As a teenage girl in, especially Priceline I can always see the staff looking at me and making me feel uncomfortable. I was in the cosmetic section at 2 of the staff members were whispering to each other and looking at me rudely and saw the product in my pocket, even though I had already paid for it. One of the staff member then told a security guard making me wait why they checked the cameras. When she came back and realised I didn’t take it Neither of them apologised for wasting my time and proceeded to make. It seem like it was my fault, because I didn’t have a bag, nor a receipt, even though it was in my own pocket and I got it from another store. I understand why they would believe I was stealing, but for not apologising after and making me feel uncomfortable while they checked the cameras was extremely unprofessional and rude.

A very good service is always available at this place and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
It has become my regular Pharmacy and it is conveniently located.
Feeling happy and appreciative.

Very good service - the pharmacist here has helped with me a few times over the years and is always knowledgeable and kind! There was a time I had a few questions about some travel I was making and they recommend some great products

Finally found a pharmacy with staff who care about health rather than just hitting sales targets. Great service, great range of products, huge store and spotlessly maintained. Give this place a go if you are looking for quality healthcare.

Priceline Karrinyup has a great variety of products at good prices. The staff are always friendly and willing to help especially the pharmacists. I noticed this week they are stocking American crew hair wax which is something I have been hoping for.

Up until recently I received great service from this Pharmacy However when last there I asked to speak with a Pharmacist who I had contact with prior and he would understand my enquiry. A female Pharmacist or Assistant, asked me if she could help me, I replied that I would like to discuss things with the Male Pharmacist. She took that very badly and her behavior made me feel as though I had done something to offend her.
Her behavior left something to be desired and as a result, I will not be returning to that Pharmacy. My suggestion is that customers are to be treated respectfully. I certainly did not feel respected by her.

The fellow behind the pharmacy counter was very condescending and they made me wait about 10 minutes so the pharmacist could, 'chat to me, ' about the product I chose even though I mentioned I was in a hurry, but he never did, even though I could see him 'chatting' to some other staff behind the counter. All this was actually quite humiliating, so I recommend you go to the other pharmacist in the shopping centre, which I've been to before and had no trouble with.
