On the 1st of March arvo I came to the store to have a copy of my passport certified so the pharmacist did that but forgot to put a date on the document a basic thing she must have known. Now I’m overseas and unable to get my money because of this mistake. I’m so mad about that.
Almost cost me my life. Owner insisted I was given too heavy of a medication and insisted it was unnecessary. Tried upselling me a ton of vitamins saying I would need them or else I would suffer terrible consequences. I couldn’t afford these extras. He frightened me so much I didn’t take the prescription. Ended up in the hospital with a life threatening bleed.
Worst customer service provided by a pharmacist I have ever experienced in my life! Someone has clearly hurt him in his life.
Competitive prices. It is convenient as the prescription can be left with the pharmacist while shopping in Coles.
Shelves were missing a lot of stock. I was told they were getting a new contract with the supplier's. Other pharmacys in Kalamunda are my preferance. Large shop with good prices.
