Had a very pleasant experience. At this pharmacy. They help me with my CBD needs after my appointment across the road at Emerald Clinic based out of West Leederville hospital, very accessible and staff were well educated on the products telling me I needed that medication dropper to get the exact days however, the Aircon was a little cold, handing me my repeats without any issue it take to my regular pharmacy, my friend also brought products'for face care while we were there very roomy and accessible for wheelchairs

Biggest selection of mid-market makeup (L’Oréal, Maybelline, etc.) and woman’s products in Perth. Accommodating and knowledgeable staff. Reasonable prices. Thank you.

I work in the city and have found this pharmacy to be super reliable with professional, friendly staff. I got my booster and this year's flu vaccinations here and both times I was served promptly and with a smile. I have found both Nick and David to be knowledgeable and sensitive to my concerns around my vaccinations and when I needed a fix for my partner's dermatitis. Great guys and a well kept store -I look forward to shopping here often in the future! Keep up the good work.

Requested a scrip for 28 Dayvigo 10 mg. Was told all their suppliers were completely out of stock indefinitely, so sorry Priceline couldn't help me. Price would have been $85 if available. Popped in to Chemist Wharehouse next door, they ordered it in and I had it the next day for cost $70. No wonder CW is so busy!

Instead of causing drama in the store, I have decided to write a review.

Racially profiled against. “Nick” talking on the phone, watching my every mood as I entered till I left, which made me feel uncomfortable as he stopped his conversation to bluntly ask if I needed anything, meanwhile there was 5-6 other people in the store. Not once while I was in less than 5mins did he ask anyone else if they needed help.

Very rude pharmacist who thinks is better than you. Won't be going there again. People like him shouldn't be working in this industry.

I am not attacking you I am just being fair and only clarifying my bad review as YOU were the reason. Didn't have problem with anyone else in the pharmacy.
I am not aware of your FREE service, was happy to pay, but it's clear to me that you prioritize customers who you can make some money of. You did not look busy at all neither you were juggling phone calls. No other customers in the pharmacy. You just ignored and refused to serve a customer who was waiting more than 20 minutes purely because there was nothing in it for you. Next time say either "sorry you might have to wait an hour" or just say "sorry I don't provide this service" as you are clearly not happy with your decision offering a free service. Perhaps start charging for it so you can treat all customers equally.
Sad that you only care when you get a bad review and now you are trying to fix your reputation.

I had a really good experience with the staff at this store. I needed help with choosing makeup and the ladies who assisted gave great advice.

Worst Priceline. I went there today, she did not help me and they are not friendly, not even smiling

Worst customer service. Especially on a Sunday afternoon shift with two retail assistants that wanted to obviously have a nice conversation together other than do their job and be helpful to customers.

For men this is the place to go get your blades for your razor. So much cheaper than supermarket and generally other great bargins for moisturizer etc designed for Men. Must visit

Sold me an empty pill box, and then when I returned to rectify the situation, the pharmacist refused to exchange it. So I had to pay twice, for the actual tablets, and a box full of air. Mistakes happen, and admittedly I should have checked the box before walking out of the store. But the pharmacy should check their over-the-counter stock for empty boxes, the pharmacist should check the deals/contents before handing the medications over, and be more willing to acknowledge their errors.

Incredibly helpful but always busy staff, good yet slighly erractic discounts. Can be hard to find things sometimes and sometimes out of stock in the mens section.
