Very poor customer service today - felt like I was a nuisance to shop assistant who offered no assistance with my purchase. I will go elsewhere next time.

Booked for a vaccination got a confirmation sms. When arrived told they weren’t doing vaccinations that day.

Big thank you to the staff today who were incredibly kind and friendly. The eftpos was down but they handled it very well and gave me some free samples when I returned with cash which was so nice of them!

Booked to do a vaccine, got text confirmation for the appointment, got at the pharmacy and they refused to do it. Waste of time.

Poor customer service, and staff that don't know their products.

I was recommended/sold medicine that I could not have, after specifically mentioning what the medicine can't contain. Upon bringing back the item and kindly asking for the issue to be resolved, the staff took no responsibility, and eventually lugged it off to another day after telling me their manager wasn't back until Monday. Each time I tried to contact the store they just didn't seem interested in resolving my issue.

I have just got copies of my passport's first page certified there. The lady at the till charged me $2.5 each! When I said why so expensive? ! She said it's for our charity! $10 for certifying 4 similar pages! That was a rip off!

Always come here for my scripts, but waiting over 20 mins and it wasn't busy, communication was pretty bad. When finally somone approached me, my order was ready in a few mins.

Where is your duty of care? Maskless pharmacists and staff working face to face with senior and vulnerable citizens.

I needed them to fill a script over the phone and have them bring it to my car. The lady I spoke with was lovely and had my script dispensed and to my car so quick, and her customer service was a breath of fresh air. Thank you for going the extra mile

This was my local pharmacy for 3 years and I found all the staff extremely welcoming, accommodating and efficient. Really friendly place.

Extremely unorganized and rude staff, unreasonably expensive and misleading guidance. Especially the supervisor as she acts like the issues they caused are not their problems anymore!
They've lost my prescriptions twice in 3 days in a row. The same medicine they insisted the price is $45 I bought for -$29- from east vic park Chemist wearhouse!
I never go back in there for sure.

This business is all about making money and that's it! They have no regard for customer service or loyalty. I'm a local resident and have shopped at this pharmacy many times yet they wanted to charge me for getting a statutory declaration signed. Absolutely terrible!

Too expensive. I save $30.00 per compound prescription. Go to Botts pharmacy across from Mercedes Benz Albany Highway cheaper and they completed my prescription on the same day.

Just be aware that Ferro grad costs $6 more at $27.99 than Chemist warehouse. I should have checked, thinking it was similar and wanted to honour my word of coming back I didn’t ask. Shocked at payment.

Received above and beyond service from Kelly today. Will certainly continue going there as it's evident they understand the unique needs of families with young children.

This Pharmacy is HIGHLY recommended; it has the most friendliest staff and excellent service. Even though I have used them only occasionally over many years, they have been consistently helpful, professional and so delightfully friendly. They seem to stock items that other pharmacies don't have but are always willing to give a hand when you are lost as to what you need. And in a professional and respectful manner. Unusual in any store these days, but seemingly the consistent norm for this store!
