Priceline Pharmacy Cottesloe

Don't understand why this store says it opens at 8.30am and cannot manage to open its doors by this time? Clearly no one was in the store after 8.30am and this isn't a completely unusual thing for this store

I live in Coogee but this Priceline branch is the best, especially if you got the luck to be served by Evan or Nicole, Evan is kinda one in millions he'll never let you go before trying everything to help you and find a solution, thanks guys you're amazing

My regular Priceline closed. Price gouging big time. However I went back today and pharmacist agreed to pricematch my previous dispension of scripts. Initially angry; now happy

Ah Priceline.you must be battling tough times to ask for an extra $5.00 per week above the price of the medication when dispensing a script to a person you clearly know is battling through really difficult times. I loved this pharmacy for years and thought the owner was magic.spent loads on beauty and all my medications.and at my lowest point, they really let me down. I’ve been through three different people there, who tell me off like a child every time to ‘bring my bottle back or I will be charged’. I was never told the full protocol of the situation, they never know what’s going on and it’s so sad and disappointing.especially from the owner of the pharmacy who you would think would understand better and show a little compassion considering his personal situation to a single mother doing her very best. Can’t wait to finish up there and never go back! It’s not the money.take the five bucks.it’s simply the principle! I’m with four pharmacies and they are THE ONLY ONE to make you pay every time they dispense. I hope things improve Evan and God bless. Cindy

Great service from Evan and the staff here. They will always go out of the way to help and have been managing my scripts for years. Highly recommended.

Great experience, helpful staff. I almost forgot my car keys the salesperson called me and gave it back to me.

This pharmacy provides exceptional service. All the staff are friendly and always available to assist. Don’t bother going anywhere else.

Absolutely disgusted at this so called 'pharmacy'. I went into this store with every intention of having my script filled, but found myself greeted with sad and unappealing faces and totally ignored by all staff members. Once a pharmacist eventually acknowledged me, he was rude and acted like he did not want to serve me. I felt very uncomfortable and had a very hard time understanding the staff. I happily left and went to a different pharmacy with much better service. I do not recommend this pharmacy, and will be contacting somebody about this appalling service.

This used to be my local, regular pharmacy and I couldn't fault it in the years I was going there before moving. The pharmacist was always so nice and very helpful at every visit; he would go out of his way to help and seemed like he genuinely cared. The other staff were also bright and nice to deal with.
