Called to ask if the store was open (Boxing Day) and was rudely told yes and a million others that have called and slams the phone down! Sorry for asking! Taking my business elsewhere. Keep that up and you’ll be out a job sooner than you think.

I needed to buy a ventolin today and was refused. I am an asthmatic who takes a preventer through the winter only and my current ventolin ran out. Because I was not currently taking a preventer they refused me on the basis of new covid regulations, and said I needed proof from my doctor, a letter or copy of an asthma plan. They looked up my purchase history and even though could confirm that I bought a ventolin last year from their pharmacy, I was told that it was too long ago and I needed proof from a doctor. The service was neither friendly nor caring, and this included the pharmacist. The anxiety of not having a ventolin on hand is enough to trigger an asthma attack for me. I went straight to another chemist who asked me if I was on a preventer which I replied ' only in winter'. The caring staff there did not treat me like some kind of covid stockpiler and allowed me to buy my medication thank goodness. The govt website states that the pharmacy should limit dispensing to one unit only & confirm that you take a preventer, nothing about documented proof. Have some compassion and commonsense Wizard Pharmacy, you could see my history, I was not pretending to be asthmatic. How ridiculous, you caused me alot of stress and anxiety. Certainly you do not have the best interests of the customer at heart.

Excellent service from all staff. Pharmacists on duty always very knowledgeable and helpful. It’s good to have a local pharmacy who knows you and your meds.

Have been going to this Pharmacy for several years and have had nothing but amazing customer service from all employees. David the pharmacist is an absolute champion and is always willing to help in any way possible with any enquiry. If i could give 100 stars I would.

I live in Tapping and have been getting my prescription filled at Priceline Pharmacy for a number of years now. I love the store, the layout and the variety of products they stock. I have always had good customer service! So handy to have a Pharmacy so close to my home. The are always open for business and they are even open on Public Holidays. I highly recommend Princeline Pharmacy for all your pharmacy needs.

Terrible customer service at this place. Got served by Anne and her dimena was horrible, she was very blunt and rude and made us feel like we were annoying her because it was 15 minutes until they closed. We approached her in the queue but she had a mouth full of food and was talking to us when she was still chewing. She was abrupt and had no manners at all it made us feel very uncomfortable. We won't be back.

The staff who work there don't approach you if you're looking lost or in need of help. I was in Priceline the other night and I was in need of help, I saw a employee starting to turn into the ill that I was in, I looked up at the employee thinking to myself 'thank god someone came to help me' but as soon as the employee saw me he immediately turned into other direction and walked away avoiding trying to help me.

Staff are so lovely, so convenient to have a pharmacy where I buy my skincare and makeup etc. The layout is great, very easy to find things. Recently stocked up on skincare with the 40% sale while I waited for my prescription.

Staff in general are lovely EXCEPT male pharmacist On several occasions now, he has filled my script with a generic brand without asking my preference. When I have politely asked for the brand name, the request is met with a very poor attitude and statements about how the generic comes out of same factory, same machine, there's no difference, rah rah rah. That may be the case mate and I have no objection to you offering me a generic (by asking me FIRST), BUT when I tell you my preference I don't need your lip service about wasting my money! It is my money I am spending and if I want to spend it on a brand name I will - Your smug attitude and poor manners stink, I won't be returning.

Always friendly staff, and the chemists are usually wonderful. I have made mistakes with my prescriptions before and they have been nothing but helpful.

Excellent customer service from Priceline staff, but the way the pharmacist (half bald big guy) spoke and handled (an error caused by them in the first place) situation was incredibly rude, arrogant and with no respect at all. Thus I'll be going elsewhere and advise the same if you want to be spoken with and dealt with respect. Chemist warehouse is also a lot more affordable than the prices they charge just a tip.
