Priceline Pharmacy Butler

What is it with this place? Pharmacist wasn’t super helpful today. Too busy talking on his Bluetooth earplugs.

Female staff member at the front was lovely.

Pharmacist was absolutely lovely. Female staff are little snobs. One too busy trying perfume. The other couldn’t say two words to me when I made my purchase. Both need new jobs

Update: clear why the front staff are rude. The female pharmacist was absolutely horrible to deal with today.

1. Was pretty much wearing her mask on her chin
2. After I asked for my prescription I was told “that will be ten minutes and you can come back” she was very abrupt.
3. Went to Woolworths to buy bandaids and hand cream as I’d been pretty much told to leave the pharmacy
4. Upon my return the pharmacist was taking a loud personal phone call and having a go at someone about PowerPoints. My prescriptions had not been touched!
5. Had to wait another 10 minutes for the other pharmacist who was run off his feet to get my stuff together. He was absolutely lovely.
6. Guy there for his vaccination that arrived just before me was still waiting to be seen
6. The rude pharmacist then served me at the front to take payment. Again she was abrupt and rude. No apology for the additional delay she had caused me.

Complaint has been referred to HO.

This pharmacy begged for customer support when they opened. I have found 90% of the staff rude and unhelpful. Now I know why…

2 male pharmacists are always helpful and lovely, they deserve better staff and support.

I won’t be returning after this.

Plenty of other chemists in the area where you get much better service.

If you tightwads insist on having one single pharmacist in your pharmacy always working alone then at least put some chairs in there so the sick, elderly and tired can sit instead of standing during our 30 min wait to collect tablets! Ridiculous. This place is like a ghost town no staff to be seen anywhere.
Only use this pharmacy if you’re absolutely desperate or have all day to stand there and wait for assistance.

Chemist had steped out and staff just watch we stand at the script in desk without informing me and no sign up to tell anyone.

Went there for opening through the week. Did not open, no one was there. No sign to say what was happening. Second time iv been to this store in the last couple of months and not open when it was supposed to be

I was their at 8: 30 today when it was meant to open waiting 20 mins with my 2 yo and still non one so I left, terrible experience wouldn’t recommend going when it 'opens' cause you’ll be waiting a while I’d recommend ocean keys more

Exceptional customer service skills from Elfrey at the pharmacy. He is able to multitask with a smile

Incredibly helpful and professional! The pharmacist was extremely knowledgeable and she answered all my weird and random questions. The other beautiful ladies there were also helpful and very cheerful. It is nice to see a kind face and I plan to return.

Pharmacist is so helpful. It's not a big store but he'll get stuff in if it's not in stock. Unlike the bigger stores.

It doesn't stock a wide variety of products as their bigger stores and no pharmacy on site. Friendly staff, was very helpful in ordering products from other store that I needed.

Thursday food shopping day.
Popped into store today too bargain price on an item. Wasn't busy at 2.30 infact there was only me and 1 other.
Went to the register to pay and had to ask the lady for a bag. All good. She replied to me with a guess I have a small bag. Thats good I thought because Im item would have looked funny in a luggage size bag.
Then I asked If she could tape the bag ask I was doing my shopping. All too hard apparently.
Thank you for you customer service NOT though your hair twirling was entertaining.

Friendly and helpful staff members every time I have visited the store. Very happy with my experience at Priceline Butler.
