Went in with a heat rash ive gotten the last couple of years, after going to Drs and trying multiple creams, the pharmacist sorted me and gave me the correct cream straight away such a lovely team everyone checked on us

I was treated very poorly by the pharmacists in this chemist. The staff need cultural awareness training. Shocking.

Friendly worker helped me find the right laxative her name was like alyisha or something but she was so nice.

Drop in scripts and then go shopping expecting them to be ready on return, but they never are. Then you go to the checkout and there is only ever 1 staff serving and we wait in a queue again. Only go here if you have a lot of time to waste.

Have everything but the baby formula I'm after but the staff are super helpful and offered to order it in for me

Good service been a customer for nearly 40 years seen multiple owners original one is still there

Pretty disappointed with the customer service. I had booked online for a vaccination. I turn up to the appointment, only to be told that the "pharmacist finished early today" and "we are only available for vaccination appointments between 9am and 4pm.unfortunately, the online booking system hasn't been updated yet". I'm annoyed that no one told me prior to the appointment! I provided an email address and phone number at the time of the booking, so why didn't anyone call me, text me or email to let me know that the booking needed to be rescheduled or cancelled. It's really not that hard.

Omg! How ignorant the girl not even trying to help just walk away when i clearly needed some assistantance! Not going back anymore! Thanks Bella whoever you are

I have been a customer to many years and always get treat with respect. I love everyone there. All the ladies are beautiful and kind and know there stuff. The pharmacists are wonderful and always look after me

The staff was really lovely and helpful when I needed to find things. Everyone was super approachable and the store was neat and well stocked

Best pharmacy to go in the Belmont area, pharmacist are very helpful, always happy and friendly. I got flu vaccination there a month a go didnt ask for the reciept and record but I need to give to the school so come back and ask them, they took there time to look for it for me even when it is busy, I feel blessed that they care and willing to help each and every single customer.

Terrible and DO NOT recommend - I saw some drugs were dropped on the floor but pharmacist picked them up and put them back in the medicine bottle. Poor hygiene in Priceline Pharmacy Belmont.

Unethical, Misleading and terrible customer services - Do not recommend!
i showed my HBF member card and took flu shot in the pharmacy and i was told by pharmacist i can claim the payment from my insurer with their receipts. But when i submitted their receipt and i was advised by my insurers they are not the member pharmacy with HBF. When i went back the pharmacy few days later and questioned pharmacist why did he mislead and provide me the wrong information and he disclaimed and said he can not remember what did he say. When i asked refund and I was told they only can refund when I can take vaccine back from my body. That sounds very ridiculous. Also, i felt the pharmacist has very less experience when he did the injection.when i asked if they have any provider number for providing injection and i was advised by the pharmacist they only have short time training that is all.
I DO NOT recommend this pharmacy because the pharmacist unethical, misleading, less experience with terrible customer services.

The Priceline has been shut down. I walked around the entire shopping centre look for it. Someone should update this website and let people know that it's been closed down. I wasted more than 20 mins of my time!
