Priceline Pharmacy Beaumaris

Slow, queen Jenny. Ordered online, then mother orders. I wrote down some extra instructions and weren't done. Kept getting stringed along by self proclaimed queen, Jenny. A script had been cancelled due to garbage app. Told to wait a bit longer, told to do some groceries, told to wait a bit longer again. Asked her to stop as she was taking so long, and just give me mine, said had been good last 25yrs. Kept insisting and blaming the script amount. She's just slow. Her lies piss me off, I call her out on it, she laughs in my face. Not the first time been messed around here. 25yrs, most of the time okay or else would just give this a zero. Just don't bother coming here unless you have to.

Shocking service the bloke on the phone I just spoken with was so rude wouldn't recommend to anyone searching for a chemist

I had an amazing experience with a young lady doing my make up session. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and frequently checked how I liked the look.
Absolutely loved the result. Worth the drive and would come back again. Keep it up!

Takes longer to get a script filled here than Chemist Warehouse! Typically 30 minutes waiting time often to be told they don't have stock, come back tomorrow. Currambine Chemist is faster, cheaper and more reliable.

This is my local, and I would rather drive an extra 10 minutes elsewhere as the service has been so bad on many occasions. Particularly bad from the tall, older thin pharmacist, who is rude and won’t receive communication for scripts over phone or fax from other practitioners. He has made me drive to other practices to retrieve physical copies of my scripts in order to get them filled. And has been rude to family members also.
Today I was ignored for 10 minutes whilst waiting to be served and the staff chatted behind the counter.
Take your business elsewhere.

The staff at Beaumaris are very helpful, and we have been going there for a few years. Today I Called for help to get some medicines and asked my daughter to collect it. They collected my medicine for me and held it for collection at the front counter so that my daughter didn't have to search for items. Forever grateful, thank you

I visited the Beaumaris Priceline tonight looking for a specific product (which was unfortunately sold out). Due to the phone reception at the centre, I couldn't find the actual product and needed help from one of the customer service reps. Jess, looked up the item and took another look (just in case I didn't look well enough!) and found where it should be and explained that it would be around a 2 week wait and was apologetic. Even though I came out of Priceline with a different product, I was really happy with the assistance and explanation. Thank you!

Pharmacy department very nice and helpful. Other staff at management level in store very rude and dismissive, which when your not feeling well it’s not on.

Didn’t ask me if Ok to give me pharmacy brand medication, I found it when I came home.as a manner they should ask if want to give us something but original brand (which was written on script by my GP)

My GP gave me a script for 10 tablets of antibiotics, the chemist lady gave me 21 tablets and I had to pay for 11 tablets which went into the bin.

Helpful staff. A couple of times have been out of stock in the pharmacy and the store for the items I needed but always really helpful about when stock is expected.

Great range of stuff, handy health-check DYI station thing, friendly staff. Have kept all my scripts on file here for years & have had great assistance from the pharmacists, going above & beyond to help
