Priceline Pharmacy

It's because I have a severe case of herpes labialis. Even after seeing a doctor across the street, I didn't receive good advice. However, the pharmacist here professionally analyzed my condition, recommended suitable medication, and informed me about how to use the medication at home and prevent herpes recurrence in the future. I'm truly grateful to Pharmacist John; he's gentlemanly, friendly, and patient. If I get the chance, I will definitely express my gratitude to him in person!

Filled a couple of scripts this evening, very welcoming staff. The girl at the dispensary and the female pharmacist were very helpful. Prices may not the cheapest but very reasonable considering the quality of the service and the extended opening hours.

The staff are great
I took my kids to have flu shots today and one of them was really scared. He was screaming and yelling. The staff were patient and tried all their best to calm him down by offering toy pet and lollies.
Irene was very kind and experienced to give shots for the kids. They said they can barely felt anything and it's done.

Would give less if possible, arnt even aloud to look at products they take it straight to front so u can't steal lol what a joke, I was going to spend a lot of money here, but ohh well missed out, really bed policy if u ask me, u would like to look at products before u r forced to buy.

I was utterly Disgusted.with service, I had received from your young Pharmacy girl, she was so rude to me at the counter! I am a retired Female pensioner at 78 years old and i have to catch two buses to get there. I will never ever go there again! And i will tell everyone at my retirement Village and all my friends and family how she treated me with the utmost Disrespect in front of all the other staff and other customers waiting! Is this how you train your STAFF. And Elderly Pensioner's! Young lady you are Absolutely Disgraceful person. I end up going to Greg's Chemist and got my prescription. They were so friendly and nice to me. To the owner maybe you should get a few tips from Greg's Chemist.

Regular customer but will now avoid shopping at this Priceline branch. Really disappointed with the poor and humiliating customer service today. Was looking at a product that had already been opened by someone else (seal already broken) to check if it had been swatched. Was then approached by a staff member who said in a loud voice with other customers around, saying that she saw me opening the package and it was store policy that I have to buy it. I explained the situation (seal already broken, and I just wanted to check if the product had been used). She proceeded to try and sell other products to me afterwards, however at this point I had already felt so embarrassed and shocked by the interaction and it was incredibly distasteful that she was recommending me other products after as if nothing had happened. I understand that people are trying to do their job, however this could have been done in a better way which doesn’t embarrass and accuse honest customers. Please improve your customer service.

The staff are always so friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

The girls here are amazing. I visited 20 minutes before close yesterday (Monday 7th Feb around 8: 40pm) and all of the staff who were there deserve a pat on the back.

I asked a lady who was stocking a shelf if she has any idea where the Bioderma cream might be - she did some investigating with herself and a coworker and found the one I needed which happened to be the last one in stock. Both of these ladies were wonderful, welcoming and friendly. I was very happy because I wasn’t sure if it would be sold here because it is quite a small Priceline compared to others. I was very happy because bioderma is the only moisturiser I can use on my body that doesn’t trigger an eczema reaction.

The lady on the check out was also wonderful, very welcoming and signed me up to the rewards card.

Everyone here was fantastic. Thank you!

Girls at door and tills were very lovely and welcoming, went to get anti histamine- 4 girls behind in dispensary could see me but no one even acknowledged me, stood there for 10mins waiting to be served ended up yelling out to them if there was anyone to serve me? One pharmacist came down i got what i needed but they didn't even ask if i was on any med or what i was using it for! Would never return.so rude!

Didn’t have any stock of a certain shampoo and conditioner brand while they were on sale for a few weeks. Stock was finally replenished only after the sale had ended and they then refused to sell them at the sale price even though they physically had no stock on hand during the sale to sell. Very poor customer service.

I have been a regular customer at this Priceline but their service has been appalling over my previous few visits. When I went to buy my regular prescription medication in my last visit with my concession card, they checked if they had my medication in stock and clarified they had only one box in stock of the generic and I said I am happy to take that and would collect the other box once it has been ordered. They were happy with that and were about to process my order when suddenly one of the pharmacy assistants received a call from someone asking for the same medication. The pharmacist and the staff were having a discussion amongst themselves and I was made to wait for a long time and then the assistant comes and tells me that they can't give me the box as in the prescription 'brand substitution not permitted' box was ticked by the doctor and hence they cannot give me the generic. The chemical name was clearly mentioned by the doctor but he had mistakenly added the brand name in braces. I needed that medication at the time and it was absolutely unethical and the worst of customer service on the part of the pharmacist on the day. This is not how you treat a Customer, let alone a regular one just because you want to make an extra buck and having me wait there for over half an hour. I was told that I can come back later and get the original brand. I decided to take back my prescription and got my generic brand elsewhere.

Worst customer experience ever. I visited this store recently and had a query about a product. I noticed this worker standing there free and asked for help, she completely cut me off and did not let me finish my question then proceeded to say that she now needed to help someone else out. So I waited patiently then when she was finished with this other person pretty quickly as well, she just casually strolled towards the perfume stand not seeming to be doing anything then just casually strolled off.
It's one thing to not let a customer speak and be so rude with your tone of voice, it's another matter all together to be ignored and left standing with two little kids waiting. This unfortunately was not the first time I had such a bad experience. Will definitely think twice before visiting this store again.
All too often I walk in there and notice the workers just standing around chatting with each other and if you go to ask for help it's like you have inconvenienced them greatly. I hope they realise they are actually getting paid to work there and help customers!

Best service in the world.i sent my son to pick up my medication.and i stayed in the car not sure about the pharmacist inquiry.the pharmacist herself came to the car twice.thank you for this great service thank you

Fantastic customer service and a very friendly team. Always willing to provide assistance where required. They also have a vast range of products to chose from.

I always use this pharmacy to get my script one of which I must have everyday however yesterday I was told to go elsewhere because out of stock by a rude person.didn't offer any help in anyway very disappointed. I will just take my business else where.poor customer service skills poorly stocked.
