Sunday morning I needed to go in at 11 when it “opens” but so far I’ve been waiting 40 minutes past 11 and the employees are sitting down having coffees. If you say you open at 11 you (Open) at 11 not arrive at 11 and go have a coffee and talk with your colleagues. Watched so many people walk up look at the time and look at the opening time then walk away. Get your employees on track please

Staff always have a smile.go out of there way to help you. The pharmacists are so nice and so r the staff and the lady who does piercings is just amazing.lobe then to bits.highly recommend this pharmacy. I have to come here quite often because of my rare blood disorder so always getting scripts filled and they are always happy to help. Love this group of people.

I had my makeup done here by Emily for a 60, s style party. The girls here are very friendly and helpful. A special mention to Emily for a great job she did. So would highly recommend go there for any makeup you need doing

I went into Priceline Secret Harbour to purchase a gift for my mum for Christmas, and the staff were so helpful. The prices were great, staff were awesome, and I'll definitely be back to support this business.

Took some expensive perfume back had no scent but was told it did and made to feel stupid i've used the same perfume for many years so I know what it smells like. Will never shop there again

Great variety of goods, pharmacy has great service and always willing to help with advise. Provided an android app for tracking scripts and reminders of when script is ready to pick up. Prices high to average. Loyalty program in place.

Secret harbour after waiting in line I asked the shop assistant to help me find something she comes from behind the counter to help then a new customer comes in so she serves them before me and then starts serving another customer such rude service staff need to be trained how to serve the customer they are with

Rude service from the pharmacist on duty today. Refused to fill my husband's script for him but wouldn't tell him why. When I queried why she still wouldn't explain.

Absolutely appalled at the lack of customer service in this pharmacy. I have given them my last chance, every time I enter I feel uncomfortable and annoyed at the rudeness from the staff in the prescription area. They are alway gossiping in a group together and ignore customers often. When I have asked advice for my children I am spoken to abruptly and given attitude if I already own some of the items reccomended and only want to buy what I don’t have. It’s as though they are only interested if you are going to buy a lot otherwise get out. Checkout staff are friendly and usually quite helpful and I do feel sorry for them as I have overheard them being spoken to quite rudely in front of customers by the staff in white jackets (I am assuming seniors?) and the Owner as well. Totally unfriendly and unprofessional. I know I am not alone in my thoughts as have heard them echoed by others

The Store is Modern and has a very Classy fitout. The most Classy and Posh Priceline I have been to and I love it

The curly hair and the midget asian are rude they're not helpful they wer laughing at me when i asked the Chinese guy about the texture of the panadol! My god u shouldn't be there people! Coz you dont have manners!

Never have the ndss strips in even though I have spoke to them twice saying they should order more in as there so popular

Great People so helpful and willing to take the time to talk to you. Have been going to this Pharmacy for years and love how they know who you are as soon as you walk through the door. Love having such a great Pharmacy so close to home. Thank you guys ;)

Not worth one star. Customers are made to wait for good service and staff have an unwelcoming attitude. Get your health requirements elsewhere.
